It's creepy. The most terrible vacation!!!!! We rested in the Avalon Gemite with this travel agency in August 2023. We arrived at 7 a.m. We promised to check in at 10, and we checked in after 14.00. We were expecting to check in on the street with things under the scorching sun. The room is just awful!!!!! Dirty! The boorish attitude of the drivers and the head of Elena's group.The work and rest regime of drivers is not observed.3-4 days driving without sleep!!! There was an aggressive reaction to the request to make a stop for children to visit the toilet. (The children were on the bus of different ages and could not stand driving without stopping for 4-5 hours).There are no lunch stops on the way back (1.5 days journey) . And many, many more joints!!! There are a lot of questions for this travel agency!!! I do not advise anyone!!! Money and time are wasted...

The best of the best travel agencies!!! We issued a vacation ticket to Kabardinka, everything was just great! The road was easy thanks to the drivers and our accompanying Elena, we stopped at sanitary stops every 4 hours, stopped twice during the trip to eat in a cafe, which was also very pleased. We lived in the Acropolis guest house, very beautiful and cozy with its own dining room. The territory has its own swimming pool. I liked everything very much!!! When we get together next time at sea, it will be only with Irianna♥️♥️♥️

We went to Kabardinka in 2022 with this travel agency, the bus is just creepy, how can you even send people on a long trip on it!!! There is no space between the seats, and when the guards are laid out in front of you, I'm already silent about the air conditioner and sockets.. To our complaints, the accompanying Elena replied-what do you want for such money is a good bus! And in general, Elena's attitude is rude to tourists, only negative impressions remain! We will never go with this travel agency again!
