GREAT SERVICE!!! I came for a pedicure and manicure to Olga's master. I did everything perfectly, beautifully, neatly. Very nice people, excellent service. The salon itself is well equipped, new furniture, renovated. Clean and pleasant. Girls, you are super!

I came there for a manicure + pedicure because near the house…
The staff is friendly, everything seems to be fine.
The master (I don't remember the name) is from St. Petersburg, a nice girl seems to have done everything carefully ... but there is one THING!
The girl came to work with a temperature of 38 + a strong cough and runny nose (all the masters also have a cold)
When I did not open the tools (and I do not know how sterile they were)
I just recovered (and my 1.5-year-old son), and here you are.
To my remark to the administrators about the master's illness, a dry answer was thrown to me - "so they are all sick here."
I refused a manicure, I won't go any more.

When expectations and reality differ to tears and blood. And the Instagram profile photos are most likely made by other craftsmen.
The money will not be returned to you in case of anything, do not even hope. You will also pay for the treatment yourself at your own expense.
If the master is not sure of his professionalism, it is probably better not to take on work that he is not able to do efficiently, but apparently he really wanted to earn! By the way, they took us as top masters of specialized bioavailment salons in Moscow. Hence, there was hope for quality + photos of works in the profile also played their insidious role. I wanted large curls, at the consultation Irina approved that the hair is suitable for this procedure and large curls will turn out.
The procedure was performed by master Irina, as it turned out, she is the owner of the salon.
After an unsatisfactory result and a request for a refund, she accused me of not knowing the technology and had to tell her how to do the procedure! Therefore, before visiting the salon, take a training course for a master hairdresser to tell master Irina how to do her job.
If you want to get a spoiled appearance and health, spend money not only on a low-quality procedure but also for a long treatment, you are only here!!
And if you want to be beautiful and healthy, avoid this salon and as far as possible!
