To clean the room, you need to ask. The breakfasts are poor and the same. There is no variety. Apart from the bed, there is no furniture in the bedroom. The couch in the hallway is old with a sagging net mattress. But the price tag is like in a Moscow Holiday Inn. The area is also so-so. I would like to say something good, but it is difficult. The only thing is that the reception staff knows Russian and is responsive. He even gave me drinking water...

I lived here for a week. He lived in both a regular room and a suite.
What did you like:
-price 350k for a regular room, 500k for a suite
-new guest house, renovation, interior
-availability of everything in the room (hair dryer, gels, shampoos, cold cleaner, smart TV (hooray for YouTube)
-quiet location, but the best rooms with Windows to the courtyard
-inet is more or less
-beautiful facade design
-taxi to the center 15-20 minutes in 20-30k
What didn't you like:
-wooden mattress
-the thinnest blankets, at +10 you will freeze at night. Take an extra, or better 2 :)
- the hefty cracks under the doors are called "you can't sleep" Here in the suite there are 2 rooms. There is a second door that can save you from the songs and loud conversations of the staff
- cleaning. Upon arrival at the suite, there is a lump of someone's hair on the floor. I told the reception about it, shrugged and scored)
-hostess/admin. It's just that the "dead" girl is working, as if her relatives asked her to work and she can't suffer in the workplace. 0 customer orientation, you have to strain your ears to hear something. I called many times before check-in, no one ever picks up the phone. I hope the owners will take action.
- breakfast from 8 to 9!! I haven't gone down once. I think it could be increased to 11
-loud cleaning with music
-there are few places where you can eat nearby, I counted 2. Uighur cuisine and Shawarma)
In general, for such a price you can close your eyes to all the disadvantages. But I would like the best, you know :)

There were hairs of previous guests on the floor in the room. For breakfast, we were given one plate for two with assorted dishes. At the request, they were given a second one and it was two days in a row ...
One of the advantages is a new hotel. A quiet place. The breakfasts are edible, but you have to ask everything. The room has everything from a toothbrush to a towel.

Back in May 2022, the exterior walls were being repaired, which prevented rest during the day.
