A very friendly team. All problems and questions are always solved. There is a swimming pool, which is + for children 👍 The breakfasts are mostly monotonous, but there is a minimum set of food.. There are not enough sweets and fruits. There are none at all. But this is not a big problem. There are many places in the hotel where you can sit with your company. They will always return the things you forgot.. and money, too. The location is GREAT! The market is 5 minutes away. And there are also cool and reasonably priced restaurants nearby: NIKOLA (the most delicious and big kharcho), further away - OASIS, BADI

Very cozy, clean hotel, located in a convenient area of Kabuletti. Friendly, hospitable hotel owners and their staff. The chefs of the hotel cook very tasty, special thanks to them. I recommend this hotel for your stay. We had a vacation in September 2024. My husband and I liked it very much!

A cozy, homely hotel. Cleanliness, friendly attitude, warm pool. The location couldn't be better. Everything is close: market, beach, shops. Good breakfasts with an unforgettable view of the sea and mountains. The room for three people is large, has everything: refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, TV. In general, we would like to come here again with pleasure. Thanks to the hostess, the administrator Irma and all the staff of the hotel!!!

It is large with excellent repair, friendly staff, there is an elevator. The only drawback in the rooms is very small refrigerators, thermoelements for bags were barely crammed into the freezer, and you can't put a bottle of water in the refrigerator itself, a bag of grapes at most.
Good buffet breakfasts: sausage, cheese, cottage cheese, coffee, tea, rolls, honey, jam.
for lunch, soups, wine, hot, watermelon, melon.

The hotel has a good location, the city center, where all shops, pharmacies, market, etc. are within walking distance, 2 minutes to the sea
There are different types of rooms in the hotel, which I liked the most with 2 children, you can take a 2-room Junior Suite
Clean ,swimming pool ,elevator ,friendly staff
In case of bad weather, the pool is heated

Underground parking, room with balcony, breakfast. The bed linen is clean. The staff is very friendly. There is a large shared balcony on the second floor, and a smaller one on the upper floor. Own swimming pool, the sea is nearby. Shops, cafes nearby. From our room on the top floor you can see the sea, though because of the roofs. One of the disadvantages is that the windows are not tightly closed, which is why the audibility is terrible, the gas cars seem to be next to the bed. In places, tired elements - a shelf in the bathroom, etc. For a junior suite (2 rooms without a door between them, with a balcony) with breakfast for 4, they paid 200 GEL

We visited last year, we really liked the hotel, firstly the polite staff, its own Parking, for us it was a big plus, because we drove our own car, we have breakfast and lunch, for a fee and I want to say that it is very tasty, the rooms are nice and clean.The main thing is the sea, the market is not far away, cafes, shops are all very close, and I also really liked the locals, they are hospitable, so this year we also want to go there.

This is a great hotel. The room is clean, freshly renovated, new bright furniture. There is a private underground parking. Breakfast was included. It's certainly not 5*, but the price was optimal. We weren't hungry. The hotel administration will always prompt and help with any questions. Russians are loved here. Armenians (by the way, there are most of them), Russians and Georgians stay at the hotel. There may have been Ukrainians, but they all spoke Russian. The situation among the residents is peaceful, which is very pleasing.
