The staff is good, delicious cuisine, reasonable prices. There is no karaoke remote control, you have to go to the keyboard. The TV sometimes freezes, it's not convenient to sing if you don't know the words. Sofas are not always clean, walls require repair. The toilet is often not kept clean. Sometimes there is no paper, napkins, soap. Urinals are also broken in the men's room.
