The service is terrible, the waiters are unfriendly. They did not like the dishes, they called the administrator, who completely lacks at least some kind of customer orientation. She insisted that everyone likes the dishes, which means this is our problem. With a displeased face, she took away 2 dishes that we did not eat. If we had the opportunity, we would not have left at all, especially 20%.

The beer and the kitchen are really good. The service is disgusting. I waited 10 minutes for the order to be accepted and waited another 10 minutes to pay. In both cases, I had to approach the waiter on my own. And in both cases, two waiters were available.
At the same time, you put 20% in the "service fee" receipt. Is this for bringing me a plate from the kitchen to the table?))

It's a great place, it's been keeping the brand for a lot of years. In the 10 years that I have been there, there has not been a single complaint. Excellent cuisine and excellent branded beer, which you will not find anywhere else, at least in Tashkent. On the ground floor you can sit at the bar and watch football on the big screen in a noisy company, and on the second floor there is a quiet cozy restaurant.
