We carried out an order on 11/25/2023 for the production of a bar counter.
1. The employee who makes up the contract forgot to paint the product, the head and I agreed that the price for painting would be announced to us separately.
They announced a price of GEL 275 for additional work, we agreed to it and after 10 hours it was raised by 45%, as the manufacturer was offended at us because we asked for a discount, since the production deadlines were not met. To our indignation, we were followed by threats in a telephone conversation, after which the head Alexey stopped answering calls and did not come to the agreed meeting.

I would like to add that the whole problem arose because of GEL 37.5, which shows the lack of professionalism of the head of conflict resolution.
2. Due to the workload of the company, we were unable to provide the product on time and we asked for compensation, while we were coordinating all the nuances, an employee of the paint shop contacted us and said that within 15 minutes we were obliged to make a decision on paying for his work, which increased by 45%, otherwise he would apply varnish to an unpainted surface, which is equivalent to damage to the product.
3. At the moment of picking up the bar counter, the head of the carpentry shop, Bogdan, offered to load the elements into the car on his own, and defiantly left the shop lighting a cigarette.
I would like to mention the good points:Employee Alexey (stolyar) and his colleague try their best to do their job efficiently, but because of the terrible leadership, their efforts are sometimes not enough.
