As a result, I arrived, received a strange discussion that I had incorrectly recorded the time, and leaving they threw at my back that they actually raised the price to 80p for the consultation. And in general, administrators keep records in a regular notebook, why not install a special program or keep a Google calendar, or at least an excel spreadsheet that both doctors and administrators can access? Why admins are almost always absent from the workplace and sit in the room behind the counter is also not clear to me. Also, the staff of the clinic (I do not know the positions) discuss the PO, various news and gossip about other colleagues or patients right at the counter and with other clients waiting for an appointment. Admins sometimes call, sometimes do not call, then write in Viber to confirm the recording. In general, it is noticeably crowded in the waiting area and corridors, you can hear what is being said in the offices while waiting for an appointment. I visit only one specialist, and I have no questions about the quality of psychotherapy and counseling services.
