My wife took a salad with turkey and pear - more cheese with mold, but still very tasty.

Love for this place is difficult to describe in a couple of words, I want to say more and more.
If there are burgers, go here. If the service is not stressful, go here. If the quality remains the same, you are welcome here.
I was here for the first time in 2017 and since then, for 6 years now, I appreciate and love this place in my own way. This is my island.

02/11/2023 came with my wife to the Cafe.1 Disappointment remains. Time has really turned Enzo into a cafe,1 and no more. There is nothing left of the atmosphere, traditions and the team. Everything was gone: compliments (water and bread), a team that remembered regular customers (remembered all their favorite tables, burgers and drinks) and presentations (you just had to say that you wanted new experiences or wine). We have preserved a decent cuisine (burgers and sauces are just as delicious), there is no question. But prices have gone up for the kitchen and bar.
When leaving Enzo, I never thought about the price.
After leaving the cafe, I realized it was expensive for a burger joint…
I do not recommend it.

We arrived at 5 pm. It was an empty place. We ordered two steaks, vegetables, potatoes, and waited more than 40 minutes out of the promised 20 minutes. Meat is nothing special at all, for 58p per serving, you can cook it at home. Grilled vegetables are fine, but also nothing special. The price is crazy for such an ordinary taste. The wine list is small. There are no toothpicks, which is strange in a cafe where meat is served.
I do not recommend coming here for steaks.
A waitress with a dead face, as if she was being forced to work. He talks in such a way that you can't make out the words.
On the plus side, they brought wine for trial in a small glass.

A very weak menu with sandwiches, I did not try the main menu, but the sandwiches disappointed. There is a lot of filling and it is not brought to taste, there is no sauce, a lot of meat that is simply unrealistic to eat. It's absolutely not a restaurant serving, it's not clear how it all is, so as not to mess up.

It's a great place.
Today is our first day in Minsk, we decided to try the cuisine at Enzo.
The courteous staff and excellent design were immediately noted. The cafe is very pleasant and peaceful.
My friend did not like the roasting of the cutlets in the burger and the waiters kindly treated us to dessert and coffee.
The establishment takes care of the guests and does everything for their comfort.
A separate plus for the supply of free water!

There are few establishments in Minsk with the right atmosphere, but it struck me! Concerts are recorded in the evenings, a large room with a non-inviting interior, an authentic menu without pictures and compositions, I have not seen this before. The service works responsibly, I was greeted and served free water (always a big like for this!), a treat was brought to the soup in the form of bread, which the institution bakes itself. The guy liked the burger, I had a great time with delicious coffee and soup, but I liked the mood of the restaurant more, which they left behind! I'll come again!!

They took enzo and drunk. Both are cold, they asked to change, they changed. Burgers are huge, it's not convenient to eat, everything flows and falls out. As a result, eat all the ingredients separately… The cutlet is meat, but too dense, there is not enough fat. The bun is not very tasty either… We won't go a second time.

Overrated. The bao with crispy chicken on the dinner menu was quite good, but all the taste that was there was the taste of sauce, and the chicken and salad were not particularly felt at all. The garlic brioche tasted like chlorine in a swimming pool and I didn't understand that at all :(The steak with buckwheat and chanterelles was in fact just an unsalted burger patty and it seems not bad, but you can find it in the canteen. It's not super expensive, the price is comfortable, but I expected more from such a lauded restaurant! Maybe I tried the wrong positions.
