The upper part of Ferghana is behind Navoi Street and the khokimiyat, that is, the former fortress esplanade. Somewhere along the way is a pre-revolutionary grenzavod (that is, a silkworm caterpillar farm), now occupied by a bank. The fortress was demolished back in 1927-30, having built an oil and fat factory in its place, which probably pretty much spoiled the atmosphere for the inhabitants of the regional committee offices. Uzbek officials turned out to be less patient than the Soviet ones, and in 2014 a park with a huge white Palace of Arts was laid out on the site of the industrial zone
the best place for leisure. there is a large green park for hiking, a variety of trees, shrubs, flowers, fountains and many benches, bike rental, trampolines for children. Very convenient
The square is big, the building is nothing, but why is such a beautiful place not being equipped, selling ice cream, water and other things without sun protection under a canopy, why haven't mini shops been built yet? Motivating people to attend is a comfortable state of the park in Ferghana.
Everything is fine, but during concerts they sell food and drinks, it turns out that you come to watch the concert and get a bazaar, garbage, a mess after all
There is no Wi-Fi(
There are a lot of benches, there is lighting, but not everywhere
The music is so-so
There's a mess in the trade
It's so clean to take a walk.
A beautiful, modern building with decorative elements in the oriental style. The hall is even more beautiful. The ceiling depicts the sky with clouds, as if you are sitting in the open air! Comfortable upholstered chairs. Light, sound - everything works fine. A wonderful park around the building with four fountains! It is especially good to walk in it in the evening. Lanterns are lit, fountains are streaming, people are walking, children are on roller skates and bicycles, and the air is cool from the watered grass - grace!
I like to walk there on summer evenings, or ride bicycles along the paths with my family.
The city authorities also arrange good concerts and events here.
