In August 2024, I decided to change the battery on the Iphone Xr, the problem was that the capacity was 78% and it was very hot. I went small (on the Internet, the cost of replacing the battery on my phone was around 85-90 rubles). I came, I explain the problem, and as an inexperienced person, they start telling me that replacing the battery will cost 85 rubles, but they will glue it on double-sided tape (I don't know what exactly they will glue, since I don't understand this) or I pay 120 rubles and they will do everything beautifully. Well, of course I fell for it and agreed to these 120 rubles. After 40-50 minutes, they gave me my phone, they said that the iPhone would make an error in the settings that there was an unknown part (by the way, when you go to the "battery capacity" it still shows that there is an unknown part). On the same day, I realized that something had been done wrong, the battery was not holding up, and nothing had changed. The next morning, while I was sitting in insta or tik tok, my phone stupidly turned off and did not turn on on its own. It only turned on when you put it on charge. And this happened all the time, as a result, I went to them with a warranty card and a receipt so that they would fix everything for me, to which I received the answer "leave it for 3 days, we'll see"
They didn't offer any replacement phone, so the question is "what should I use?"
Let me remind you that the phone turned off only when working for a long time and under load, and not just with the screen on. I left because I didn't have another phone. Later, I went back to them, left the phone for 3-5 days in the hope that they would fix everything, but after a few days they called me and said that everything was fine.
In the end, nothing was decided, the phone still turns off and turns on only when you put it on charge.
I regretted a million times that I went to them, because they gave me some crap for 120 rubles.
I don't recommend it
Well, what can I say. The macbook was buggy on the touchbar (artifacts, reboots). They spun the day, they said it was necessary to repair the board ~ 800 rubles. I refused. I took it away after paying for the diagnosis. I look at home, TouchID and the power button are no longer working.
I spat on everything, disassembled it, and after these "masters" I saw two disconnected cables. Well done-phew on you.
This is not a service, but rudeness: from the beginning of the conversation to the end! The master broke the case, accused me of making such a case, and then threw money at me for it! It is clear that it did not come to repairing the phone!! There is another service within walking distance with pleasant staff and great service))
