It is very pleasant to have such an attitude, because by and large, did they need it?? :) After all, this is not part of the direct duties, but they intervened and resolved the issue.

The contract was concluded quickly, without any questions. This company works responsibly, its employees are responsive, and they do their job professionally.
Since 2019, the organization has not notified about the need to conclude a contract to take into account the readings of an individual meter. When checking the meter of the neighbors in the vestibule, the specialist never informed about the need to conclude a contract. As a result, the issue has not been resolved, there will be no recalculation, and I myself had to figure out the need to conclude a contract.
They deceive people. Ripping off money. Manager Sergey is great at hanging noodles on his ears, but in fact everything turns out to be at a loss to the client. The best thing is not to contact them at all. There is no saving, and also pay them money.
Why does this organization exist at all if you can submit information directly to the ZHES? A man from the organization came, half drunk, when we left the apartment, he was already doing something with the meter behind the doors, where there is vertical heating..when asked what you are doing, he claims that your meter is broken and I put a plug on you and said you will pay for the fat later ... this is some kind of divorce, at the state level. This is the property of the tenants, not yours, I don't need this data, then why change them at all?
