The hotel is located in the Fatih district, near the metro station.Sirkegi. The hotel is small, but quite cozy. All the sights of historical places are within walking distance. Sultanahmet Square, Gulhane Park, Topkapi, Eminenyu Marina, Galata Bridge, Grand Bazaar and Egyptian Market.
Not far from the T1 tram stop, Marmaray (Sirkeci station) is just around the corner, the metro is 20-25 minutes away. walking.
The breakfasts are quite normal, buffet style, on a terrace of 4 floors with a partial view of the city.
The manager of the hotel Gekai is very contact, speaks Russian well. Advises on any questions: where, when, how to get there, where to eat, etc
By the way, 300 m. There is an inexpensive BalkanLocanta from the hotel, where you can eat inexpensively and deliciously. As well as a number of small cafes and eateries with street food with reasonable prices
Excellent price-quality ratio. The hotel is within walking distance of attractions and metro with tram. Migros is nearby, but it's best to go to greens, there's a drunk there. Friendly staff. There are simple breakfasts, but nevertheless it will be enough.
Yes, there is a tired renovation here, but considering all the advantages for a small cost, it should not be considered a minus, since the hotel is only for spending the night.
The location is great, the central part, but not noisy. Within walking distance of the metro, the Egyptian market and the marinas. The food is standard. Eggs, sausages, cheese, olives, lettuce, etc. Monotonous, but very native)). The administrator Gekkai is very kind, speaks Russian very well. He will always help with any questions. The veranda on the top floor is open until 24-00. You can sit with a company or just eat your own food.
There is a hairdryer in the room, tea and coffee at the reception are always available for free. There are no hygiene kits. There is only shampoo and shower gel in a filling container.
Among the disadvantages are cleaning (garbage is not cleaned at all), the quality of bed linen and sound insulation.
The hotel is wonderful for its money.
The hotel meets all the requirements of a budget Istanbul hotel. Eminenyu station, Galata Bridge, Egyptian bazaar are within walking distance. There is a metro station nearby. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, a transfer to the airport was ordered for us. We reached the new airport in an hour. The rooms are not large, but in Istanbul you stay in the room only at night. Breakfast is served on the 4th floor, and you can also sit there in the evening. Towels were changed every day, now not all fives have such luxury. In general, I liked the hotel.
The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the main attractions, transport, metro. We came to the hotel in February with our daughters to show the beauty and flavor of Istanbul, left in the morning, came late at night just to sleep. It is important for us that it is clean and there are no insects. That's how it was at this hotel. Towels are changed every day, cleaning every day, everything is clean. We had breakfast in the morning, quite normally, and already had lunch and dinner in the city on the way. There are Russian-speaking guys at the reception, all questions are easily answered and advised. In November, we went to Istanbul again and decided to stay at the same hotel. We decided not to push our luck and stay in a trusted hotel again. We arrived as if to old acquaintances. The Turks are generally very hospitable and ready to help (we felt this already when leaving the airport in search of the subway and our station) And yes, it is easy to get to the hotel from any airport by metro, and already from the hotel to the airport, if there are heavy things, it is better to take a taxi, the reception helps with this. Near the hotel there is a grand bazaar, cafes, marina, Galata Bridge, Hagia Sophia, Sulmania, Topkapi Palace and shops, pharmacies. I rarely write reviews, but I can definitely agree with the good reviews that other people have left here, it really is.
Hello everyone) This was my first trip abroad, to Istanbul. I chose the hotel based on reviews and excellent location, and the administrator speaks excellent Russian 👍
I booked an economy class without a window (there are towels, slippers, gel, shampoo, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe), but upon arrival, I was given a room with a window, for which I am very grateful to him, he is such a good person, he will always prompt and help.
The hotel provides breakfast (eggs, salad, sausages in tomato sauce, olives, sausage, 2 types of cheeses, vegetables : cucumbers and tomatoes, 2 types of bread, very tasty bran, drinks:tea, coffee, lemonade, believe me, it's very convenient.
They take place on the terrace under the roof, the view from above is unrealistically beautiful for the whole city, you can see the Topkapi Palace, the Galata Tower and the Bosphorus Strait, you can feed the seagulls right from your hands, they are huge there and wake up in the morning with their conversations. Tk all the sights, pharmacies, supermarket, metro station are within walking distance, I only spent the night in the room, the rest of the time I walked a lot, I went around all the European and Asian parts in two days. I sailed on a ship through the Bosphorus Strait, it's unrealistically cool.
The hotel has Wi-Fi, it really saved me, because the connection and the Internet did not work for me. Although I bought a Megafon SIM card just for the trip, but alas.
At the hotel, Gokai gave me a map of the city's districts and with the map I built routes for my trip. I really liked it, I will definitely come to the hotel more than once. I recommend it to everyone🤗
An excellent hotel, located in the center, near the metro, near the tram, close to the inexpensive dining room and many places to eat, they speak Russian at the reception, there will be no problems with the language, everyone will prompt and show, breakfast is like everywhere-eggs, sausage, cheese, etc., I am very pleased that I got to this hotel, I recommend it to everyone, price and service matching
I was at this hotel from 2.10-8.10
When booking, there was a room without a window, but when checking in, they offered a room with a window, it was very pleasant
The location of the hotel is amazing, the tram is 7 minutes on foot, you can quickly get to the metro, the markets are within walking distance, the sea pier is also close, you can walk to the Galata Tower
Migros is a two-minute walk away
The staff is welcoming, tea/coffee is free at any time, we went down for tea every day in the evening, we never refused.
The hotel owner is a very kind man, speaks Russian (like most of the staff) will always answer your questions, tell you how to get there better
The service was pleasant, towels are changed every day (not in all 5 * so), beds are made, the floor is washed.
Bed linen is changed every 3 days
The breakfast is a buffet, everything is fresh. As in all Turkish hotels, breakfast included: eggs, French fries, sausages in sauce, sliced cheese/ sausage, vegetables, tea/ coffee, chocolate balls with milk
, everything is delicious
Breakfast takes place on a closed roof, the views are amazing
There is a cafe in the Balkans within a two-minute walk, it is very tasty, the prices are not high, the portions are huge, if you ask for rice with meat, they put a plate of rice and a plate of meat, we took for two, since on the first day half remained
There is also a Domino's pizza near the hotel, it is also delicious, we took Bali pizza, try it!
I recommend this hotel! everything is fine, MANY THANKS to all the staff for our stay! We'll be back!
Many thanks to the manager, Gekai, a very friendly person who, after booking, immediately wrote to WhatsApp, speaks Russian, and will tell you everything. The hotel is clean, there is shower gel, shampoo, towels, slippers. In the morning, breakfast (buffet). The hotel itself is in the center of the old town, near the tram stop, from which you can get to all the main attractions (they can also be reached on foot, everything is nearby). Also nearby is the Bosphorus, where you can take a ferry for a walk or to move to another part of the city. I recommend it!
I liked the hotel for its convenient location to attractions, the Bosphorus, cafes, shops.
There is a metro station nearby.
The hotel itself is clean and pleasant. The room is cleaned every day. The room has everything you need, including gel, shampoo, slippers, hair dryer.
The breakfast is hearty, on the fourth floor with a wonderful view of the city.
The hotel is great for having a good breakfast and going for a walk around Istanbul, and coming back in the evening and getting a good night's sleep.
Separately, I would like to note the friendly attitude of the hotel staff, who are always ready to help and answer questions.
I would especially like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel, Gekai, for the hospitable reception and attentive attitude.
A wonderful budget hotel, in the center of the sights of Istanbul. Russian-speaking reception.
A sincere and responsive manager
A guy who helps in everything and everything. Excellent transport interchange: tram, metro, mamarey, seaport. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
Initially, I chose a hotel in Istanbul based on the number of reviews on Russian aggregators. The choice fell on this hotel. And not to say that I lost it. By the way, perhaps at the expense of Yandex, practically only Russians rest here. There was also a trace of the owner, who speaks Russian very well. And there's a nice guy Burke at the reception. We chatted with him for hours about everything and nothing in English. If you talk to him, give him my regards.
As for the economy class room with one double bed: it is located in the basement, but there is no dampness. Unless the window is not conveniently located, but this is not so important. Overall, the room is clean. Daily cleaning service. It may seem a little cramped, but it's not critical. There is a safe.
The breakfasts are hearty, but monotonous. They don't change from day to day. And there is no juice or water at breakfast. Only Turkish powdered drink and tea. But in general, everything is delicious. I was satisfied. And the view from the top floor, where breakfast is served, is amazing.
The best thing is the location. 7 minutes walk to the port, 30 minutes to Istiklal, the main mosques of the city are also 10 minutes away.
A good hotel for its price, 10 minutes to all the main attractions, but most importantly - a wonderful Russian-speaking host, very sincere
The breakfast is very good and the rooms are normal
Everything is located nearby 100%. Clear. The guys at the reception are friendly and will tell you everything. The plumbing worked perfectly. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable and good. You won't stay hungry for breakfast.
A great vacation! We had a rest at the hotel a few days ago. Location: the historical part of the city, attractions (Topkapi Palace, Mosques, Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, Basilica Cisterns, etc.) are all within walking distance. There is a tram stop nearby, from which they left for the airport with transfers by metro, as well as to the European part to the Galata Tower. The marina of Emine is also nearby, from which you could go by ferry. Perfect! Shops, exchangers are all nearby, the same Migros. There is a budget dining room in a couple of minutes, but sooo delicious dishes! The room was small, but at the same time there was nothing superfluous (bed, bedside tables, safe, refrigerator, good bathroom). Cleaning was carried out every day! The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious and you will not stay hungry (eggs, sausages in tomatoes, French fries, olivier, cheeses, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, butter, jam, chocolate, tea, coffee, bread). What I liked the most: a wonderful man at the reception (unfortunately, I did not ask his name). He was very friendly, prompted me, told me about Istanbul. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!!!
A great small hotel for a budget trip :) Yes, if you look closely, everything is tired, but! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. We came to walk around the city, not to sit in the room :) Gekai and his Colleague are good-natured, polite and ready to help. The room is not big, but it has everything you need - clean linen, comfortable mattresses, daily change of towels, safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, slippers, shower gel, soap, shampoo :) the breakfasts are simple but delicious: olivier, cucumbers, tomatoes, French fries, boiled eggs, sausages in sauce, herbs, apples, fresh bread, butter, jam, Fine tea. The best part was that in February it was cold and humid outside, and the room was very warm :) near the hotel there is a supermarket migros, many places where you can eat, buy souvenirs :) t1 tram stops and the main attractions are all nearby:) We sincerely thank Istanbul Central Hotel for its hospitality :)
Quite a pleasant place in the city center, easy access to attractions, as well as the ferry station and Marmaray nearby. The staff speaks Russian, the only thing is that the breakfasts are monotonous.
Excellent hotel with Russian-speaking staff, very clean, cleaning and changing towels every day. Polite staff. Breakfast included, buffet. Free Wi-Fi, two TV channels in Russian. In the historical center of Istanbul. From the minuses, walk uphill to the hotel. Monotonous breakfast menu. We were with a family of 3 people, the room is small, but for its price it is more than enough. We only spent the night, and the rest of the time we walked around historical places. Attention do not confuse with Istanbul centrum hotel!! First purchased there. We recommend it. You can be debited by e-mail, without prepayment, payment only in cash, it is possible in euros.
Responsive owner, good breakfasts, but monotonous (French fries, sausages, vegetables, cheeses, olives, sausage, eggs, cereals - repeated every day), excellent location, as all the main attractions are within walking distance. In general, I am satisfied with everything
A very good hotel for your money. It is located in the very center of a tourist place. A good meeting at the reception, well done, they explained everything, told me how and where it is better to go. Thanks
Excellent location, most of the attractions are within walking distance. The staff is responsive, they showed everything and told where to go and where to eat tasty and cheaper) the breakfasts are normal, we ate enough for half a day)) the room was cleaned and towels were changed every day.
We stayed from February 29th to March 3rd. We were very satisfied with the hotel, a good budget hotel, has everything you need to stay. The breakfasts were good, I had a snack and went for a walk. We mostly walked around the city, so we only slept at the hotel, but it was cozy and comfortable there. A huge plus for us is the Russian-speaking manager, he helped a lot, told us where to go and answered our questions
We were satisfied, we will definitely come again)
The hotel is close to the sights, tram, metro, ferries are all nearby. At the same time, on a quiet street. Breakfast is no frills, but quite enough. There is an elevator. Things can be left if the flight is late. 2* hotel- don't expect more. It fully corresponds. It is quite enough for a budget holiday.
I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. The price corresponds to the quality by 100%. A solid five. There is something to compare it with. The location is excellent for the center of historical Istanbul. I appreciate the service, food, room, cleanliness and so on - I am extremely satisfied!!! Thanks to Hecai! He helped with everything. (20-26.04.2024) Arkady, Russia, Krasnodar.
What kind of Russian-speaking staff can we talk about! I'm here now, it's a lie!!! Arrived on July 31st. Connection problem, paid WI-FI, $12 for 7 days. Attitude, we arrived in the evening, no one speaks Russian, the rooms are dirty, instead of the standard they gave economy for 3 people, barely fits, the problem is at the reception. And stop lying there already! The beach wants the best, no infrastructure, at least neighboring with boats, water equipment, small umbrellas, closing cafes and a small space, and yes, there is a neighboring equipped beach of another hotel in the photo. Gentlemen, it's up to you to decide on the outcome
The reservation was confirmed immediately. The hotel is clean, for your money, a good place. A buffet breakfast was included (there was enough food), the room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. The room had air conditioning and a mini fridge. All the places they wanted to visit were nearby. My daughter and I liked everything, I recommend it!
Great location, friendly staff. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Not bad, but monotonous breakfasts on the covered terrace. The rooms are small, with outdated furniture. For the picky tourist, a good accommodation option in the historical center of Istanbul. Sultanahmet, Egyptian Market, Galata Bridge, tram are within walking distance.
An excellent hotel with a convenient location, they paid for the room in euros upon check-in, the change was returned immediately in lira (it simplified the exchange situation very much), there are also good breakfasts, Russian-speaking staff, Special thanks to Gecai for his professionalism and friendliness, helped with everything he could, told what is where and what is worth visiting. I can confidently recommend this place👍
We spent 3 days at this hotel. Satisfied. Inexpensive. There are Russian-speaking people at the reception. A wonderful breakfast with a great view of the Bosphorus. The rooms are clean, the linen is good. Great location. The metro is 3 minutes away. The Marmara branch. Galata Bridge is 10-15 minutes away on foot. There are markets nearby. But it's better to go to the Suleimani Mosque, it's cheaper there. The price for the hotel is very pleasant.
If you need to get to Gokcen airport, you can ask the reception to order a Yellow taxi for 30 euros. It's inexpensive.
Great hotel. It is very close to get from Eminyun. Nearby there is a metro station and a dining room Valaam Locanta. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The breakfast is hearty. Therefore, I recommend the hotel
Lovely little hotel! Stayed with friends in September. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. I crushed 4 ants in the bathroom, but I didn't see them anymore. The location is excellent - the very center, a little noisy if the windows overlook the neighboring hotel, but these are trifles.
Special thanks to Gekai, we agreed on an honest deal that we would come and pay in cash, despite the fact that the reservation was made through a well-known website from which it is no longer possible to pay with Russian cards. By the way, Gekai speaks Russian well, asked if it was the first time we came to Istanbul, told us what to see nearby and gave a map)
The breakfast is small, buffet, but quite delicious!
The repair is tired, but the staff is very nice, responsive, all our requests were met immediately. Very good location, all attractions nearby, supermarket nearby, good dining room, good barbecue, in short, everything is just a row
The location is good for those who like to walk - the main attractions of the Old Town are nearby.
Breakfast is standard on the terrace on the attic floor.
The hotel is not new, but clean and well maintained.
They speak Russian at the reception.
A great hotel for those who came for work, or to walk around the city. The included breakfasts are awesome. The rooms are small, but with nice big beds and good mattresses. I had breakfast, went out on business, came back at night and fell asleep on a good bed.

A clean hotel, quite a good breakfast, friendly staff, at first they settled in a room without a window, since they arrived almost at night, then they moved it with a window, it was spacious)))
The hotel is close to the metro and all the attractions.

Excellent hotel, everything is within walking distance of both the sights and the metro.Gekai, just a godsend for the hotel. The best manager
You can live, of the advantages of the location in the tourist center, the rooms are clean, but tired. Breakfast is included, but breakfast is just sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, a couple of types of cheese. The cheese is delicious))) Not very expensive)

Excellent location. Walking distance to all iconic places, including the Bosphorus Strait. There is a metro station and a tram stop within a five-minute walk. There was a problem with paying for the hotel by card. Thanks to Hecai for his patience and help! Recommend.
The room is small, has been out of repair for a long time, but very good staff, responds quickly to messages, communicate well in English, ordered a taxi through them due to an early departure, everything was clearly organized. Very convenient location, the price for the center is good. Suitable for those who are not there for a long time to visit the sights.
Well-deserved 2 stars, but the location is simply fabulous, in the very center, in close proximity to all the attractions. There are Russian-speaking employees. Decent breakfasts.

The hotel is really located in a quiet location, all the main attractions are 900 meters away, the room is cleaned, towels are changed, breakfast is acceptable. However, we were provided with a number completely different from the one shown on the website. The room is like a room in a cheap hostel: located on the 1st floor and overlooks the backyard, the window looks at a blank wall, the TV does not work, there is no refrigerator, there is no safe (all this is stated on the website), the table is swinging, it is not possible to put anything on it, there are no basic utensils to drink water, in the bathroom has no shelves, no cup where you could put soap, dental supplies, towels and a washed, gray bed. The room is not worth the money we paid for it.
I used the services of the hotel for 10 days.
The hotel is located five minutes from the center, near Sofia, Sultanahmet, Bosphorus.
The room is clean and cozy. The sound insulation is good. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their responsiveness and kindness. Gorai, thank you very much for your advice on city tours and for your help in purchasing a transport card.
The hotel has excellent breakfasts.
Thank you so much, Maya, for the delicious breakfasts, as well as for your support.
Come and visit, I will be very glad to see you.
Convenient location, good breakfasts, clean room with everything you need

Everything is fine, the good location of the hotel is a big plus, breakfast on the terrace, the receptionist speaks Russian well, good audibility of the neighbors, thin plasterboard walls and doors, the neighbors could be heard even through the corridor.
He works out the declared two stars for the top five! The owner is well done!

A very friendly host. Everyone speaks Russian. They will help you with any questions. The hotel is warm in January, there are batteries, the water in the shower is hot, awesome. Washing costs 3 euros per kg, you give the laundry, after 4 hours everything is clean, dry, folded.
The breakfasts are very good. The room is small, but everything you need is there. The WiFi is good.
All the main attractions are nearby.
The windows of the hotel overlook a quiet pedestrian street. Nothing prevents you from sleeping. Large bright windows.
The room costs 40 euros/night. It is more expensive on our platforms.
The owner saw them off like family. Thanks a lot
We bought it on ozone, overpaid, plus we had to pay for breakfast there separately. We didn't. But when we arrived, breakfast was included in the price. So don't overpay, book directly
They were in early March 2022. The location is perfect. The hotel is located in a very quiet location. The only disadvantage is the noise insulation between the rooms. The owner of the Kekai Hotel is a very nice guy. He speaks Russian. He fulfilled all our requests. He suggested where it is profitable to change money, eat tasty and inexpensive food, buy goods, and generally any questions. I recommend it!
