On this plus or minus line, everyone is the same, so it's unrealistic to highlight the advantages/disadvantages. The fish was delicious, they survived after the wine, and prices in March 2025 were "horse-drawn" everywhere, so it's difficult to draw any conclusions. From myself, I want to say that the level of these "eateries" is 4 on a scale up to 10. In Russia, I would go to such a place only once and would not recommend it to anyone, but for Istanbul it is normal... Something like that.
