Positive:
- you can get there by metro (Levent)
- really beautiful views of Istanbul
- reasonable price (600 lire minimum)
- there are no crowds of tourists and you can take plenty of photos
- you can buy food there and eat at a table above a stunning view of the city
Minuses:
- it was difficult to figure out how to get to the observation deck in the business center itself, as there was very little information about it in the business center itself
We got there by metro, it's 2 minutes from the center. They found it quickly, too. I was surprised that we were alone when buying tickets and taking the elevator (usually there are a lot of people going to the observation decks), but when we got up, we realized what was the matter. There are lonely dirty tables, there was no conversation about drinking tea and enjoying the view, it seems that no one is serving tea there anymore. Binoscopes (binoculars) do not work, the view is only on 2 sides (not a panorama), but this is all nonsense compared to the dirty windows on this observation deck!!! Dusty, streaked, it's just a disappointment …
It's a great place to visit. Great view, an opportunity to have a snack and admire Istanbul from a bird's-eye view. There is also an opportunity to visit a 5d cinema. It's worth it.
