A very interesting restaurant in its concept and I definitely recommend visiting it in Belgrade. An atmospheric place with a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are not large, but tasty and filling. You will receive instructions on how to eat each dish)
For almost 6 thousand dinars, you get a lot of food, of which there is very little delicious food. It looks beautiful until you try, although there are also good positions. We took the recommended set for 2 people. The noodles were overcooked and hard in places, and there were 3 shrimps for the entire portion of noodles. Seriously?) It doesn't seem to be the lowest price. But this is one of the worst "woks" I've eaten in my life, although I'm not exactly a demanding customer.
Bao liked the burgers, they were delicious, but to be honest, there's nothing to compare them with, I tried it for the first time. I really liked the dumplings, I didn't like how many times I ate in different places, but this place is super. In general, everything. All the other dishes, except for the bao burgers and dumplings, were so-so. I can't recommend this place and I don't understand how it could get into the Michelin recommendations. I ate in establishments that were 2 times cheaper and at the same time cooked a lot better. The waiters are good, I can't say anything bad about the staff. But the menu sucks, absolutely everything needs to be redone, it doesn't look like Asian, Vietnamese cuisine, etc. Rather, it's a cheap parody, but it's not cheap)
A wonderful place for all those who want to eat Vietnamese cuisine. Fo-bo, fo-ha, everything is as it should be. The staff is very friendly, some staff are happy to talk small talk in Russian. The atmosphere is relaxed. The service is fast.
In general, all the recommendations!
100 out of 10! We took fo-bo, bao buns and breaded crab balls. The broth in the soup is rich, the meat is soft, the taste is incredible! Bao and balls are also above all praise! I highly recommend you to visit!
The order takes a long time. We waited 45 minutes(!) I did not like the soup itself, the broth is not real, not saturated, the meat is cut into large pieces, with veins and fat. Fried wontons with chicken are cold, tough and tasteless. It is unclear why the establishment was included in the Michelin catalog. Overall, the impression is negative. I don't recommend it.
