At the moment, our mother (80 years old, dementia, recumbent) is in the Istok-Zapad boarding house. Mom needs round-the-clock care and it is unfortunately not possible to organize it at home when everyone is working. Regularly visiting my mother at the boarding house, we saw that all conditions were created there for an elderly person to feel care, warmth and high-quality care. I would like to express my gratitude to the chief physician Vladimir Vladimirovich, the administrators Tatiana and Tatiana, the nurses and all the staff for their professionalism, cordial warmth and friendly attitude towards their guests. How good it is that such competent, skillful, caring people work exactly where they are needed!

My mother was in the boarding house for exactly 5 months. And all five months I regretted that I chose this boarding house, and not the one that I originally planned. I will indicate only the facts:
1. I brought my mother to the boarding house walking, without bedsores, without diaper rash and in a normal condition with her diagnoses (sugar and blood pressure are normal).
2 weeks later, when I came to visit her, she was lying pale green and hardly reacted to anything. I measured her sugar, it turned out to be one, and the nurse told me that my mother had given her another shift, as a bedridden one.
As a result, it turned out that no one measured her sugar, and the nurse did not even know how to use a glucose meter. All these two weeks, I called the boarding house and asked about my mother's condition, and they answered that everything was fine, she was watching TV in the hall, and at that time she did not get out of bed at all. What if I hadn't come and measured the sugar? Moreover, her whole heel turned black, but again I saw it, not the employees of the boarding house.
The head of the boarding house convinced me that the heel turned black as a result of diabetes. But the two surgeons I subsequently consulted were absolutely convinced that these were bedsores and I believe them more.
2. After a while, I accidentally saw my mother's pillbox, these were not the drugs that I provided to the boarding house and in the morning my mother took six different drugs, and there were three pills in the pillbox in the morning. But even then the staff of the boarding house began to convince me that my medicines had simply run out and so they replaced them with analogues. Well, first of all, I provided medicines for 30 days and why they suddenly ran out earlier, they never explained to me and how three pills replaced six different drugs, they also did not consider it necessary to explain to me. As a result, I took the medicines and began to put pills for my mother myself, but even this did not help because after a while everything happened again. The nurse said that she did not know that I put the medicines myself and there is a second pillbox.
In general, I had to go to the boarding house every week, not because I have nothing to do or I miss my mother wildly, but because I could no longer trust the staff.
3. My mother lost almost 20 kg during her five months at the boarding house. I was told that she eats poorly, but there is a significant difference between eating poorly and not eating at all. As a result, when the nurse (a good nurse, really worried about the people she cared about) tried to feed her mother, she began to feel sick and her blood pressure dropped, but even here they lied to me on the phone, they called some pressure numbers, and others were written on the sheet (it was lying on the table and I looked at it). In general, the stay in the boarding house ended with a hospital. And since the examination did not reveal any causes of nausea and a sharp drop in blood pressure. I can only draw one conclusion, it's just that no one in the boarding house was watching whether she ate or not, they put the food on and took it away after a while. I came several times over the weekend and saw it coming.
4. Half of the things with which I brought my mother to the boarding house just disappeared. Of course, I was assured that no one needed them, but the things did not appear. And when I requested compensation, the deputy. The director said that many people's things were missing, but no one demanded compensation, but I was not so good, I dared to be indignant and also demand compensation.
I was asked to call when the director would be there and maybe he would agree to compensate me for the loss of things, but I started calling. I don't want to get on my nerves anymore.
Those three kopecks (and I'm sure the amount would be a penny, they reacted very painfully to my claims) are not worth the lost time and health.
I wrote a review only because I myself, having read and listened to such positive reviews, used the services of a boarding house.
And I couldn't transfer my mother to where I originally wanted, there were no places. And I couldn't pick it up because the house was undergoing major repairs.

My grandmother was placed after a stroke for rehabilitation. It seems to me that this is the best of the places I have viewed.
Most of all, I was captivated by the director Vladimir Vladimirovich.
An easy-to-communicate person who wishes well to his wards and their relatives.
And important for me, truthfully covering what is happening with the people entrusted to the "Source".
I know that if/when I have to use such services again, I will quite calmly entrust the life and health of my relatives to this institution.
It has already been said about all the other buns.
And about rooms, and food, and comfort and coziness. You can't even find fault if you want to. The only drawback, as a user of public transport, I was frankly tempted to go there myself. Inconvenient. But it's gorgeous by car.

I placed my mother for rehabilitation in this boarding house after a hip fracture.Mom is 87 years old. I liked everything, the attentive careful attitude towards the elderly and the elderly on the part of the management, on March 8, even the women were congratulated with flowers and a cake. Нравится этот пансионат. Тихое и красивое место, недалеко от Минска. Адекватное руководство, приветливый персонал. Вначале приглашали на знакомство, осмотр места, всё рассказали и показали. Где-то успокоили, что родной человек будет в надежных руках и под присмотром. Дают фрукты, готовят вкусно. Отношение к постояльцам отличное. По возникшим вопросам всегда можно связаться с работниками и всё выяснить.

Это отличное место для тех, кто ищет комфортные условия проживания и заботливое отношение со стороны персонала.
С самого начала меня поразила демократичность руководства. Владельцы пансионата всегда находятся на связи с жильцами и готовы выслушать любые предложения и пожелания. Кроме того, они постоянно работают над улучшением условий проживания, чтобы сделать жизнь пожилых людей более комфортной.
Номера в пансионате очень уютные и чистые. В каждом номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: кровать, шкаф для одежды, телевизор и собственная ванная комната. Я был приятно удивлен тем, как хорошо организовано пространство в номерах - они очень удобные и функциональные.
Персонал пансионата очень заботливый и дружелюбный. Они всегда готовы помочь жильцам в любых вопросах и сделать все возможное, чтобы они чувствовали себя как дома. Я был поражен тем, как хорошо работает команда в пансионате - они настоящие профессионалы своего дела.

This boarding house is a salvation for many patients and their relatives! In June-July 2023, after a severe stroke, she placed her 76-year-old father here. "Istok" was recommended by a familiar neurosurgeon from a military hospital. We no longer counted on a miracle, but it happened. A person with a lost look, poorly oriented in space and a paralyzed half of the body was able to learn to sit down on his own, turn over and even fully use his left hand. Speech was partially restored. And this is all thanks only to the professionally trained staff and the titanic work of the rehabilitologist Andrey. Thank you all very much! Even in the boarding house there is a full meal and careful care for each resident. This is especially important for "bedridden" patients! The nurse girls support them as best they can: they teach them independence when eating (if necessary, they retrain them to use the other hand), perform all hygiene procedures, talk and joke, which positively affects the general mood of the residents, and helps restore speech functions. If possible, we are considering placing my father for another couple of months to receive qualified rehabilitation (in state institutions, bedridden people do not really want to be admitted to the hospital ...) Once again, many thanks to the creators and staff of the Istok boarding house! Prosperity to you!

After a broken leg and subsequent surgery, my mother (93 years old) needed care and rehabilitation - she could not fully move. We took her straight from the hospital to a boarding house. The boarding house itself is located in a pine forest, on the shore of the Krinitsa reservoir. The place is quiet and picturesque. At the same time, it is practically Minsk, which is very convenient - it is quick and easy to come to visit my mother. She is very satisfied with the conditions of care. Rehabilitation - classes with an instructor - also help a lot. The boarding house itself is very comfortable, there is a large hall in which it is convenient for those who need movement for rehabilitation to walk. It should also be noted the impeccable cleanliness. Many thanks to the heads of departments Vladimir Vladimirovich and Sergey Alexandrovich for their help and attention to all the needs of the elderly, and what is very important - they are always in touch with any questions. We also express our gratitude to Jeanne for her kind attitude, warmth and responsiveness, and willingness to always come to the rescue. Mom continues to recover at the boarding house, many thanks to all the staff who create an atmosphere of warmth and care so necessary for the elderly!

They placed my mother for one month. We previously came to get acquainted with the boarding house and staff. I liked everything, especially the living conditions and location. During the entire period of my mother's stay in the boarding house, we constantly kept in touch with both the administrator and my mother. Emerging issues were resolved promptly. Both mom and I were satisfied with everything! If necessary, we will use the services of this boarding house again!

They placed my mother. They politely invited me to watch it. They showed beautiful rooms with neat little grandfathers.
They said that there are 5 patients per nurse. In fact, it turned out to be at least 10. They are physically unable to keep up.
There was no diet for medical reasons.
The nurse got her clothes mixed up, tried to dress mom in other people's clothes.
That's who mom was happy with, so it's a physical therapy instructor.

We have been looking for a boarding house for a grandmother with dementia and insulin dependence for a long time . After conversations with the administration, it became clear that we would use the services of the Istok-Zapad boarding house. During the entire period of stay in the boarding house there was constant communication with the administration, with the attendants, answered all questions. If there were problems with the grandmother's health, they immediately reacted, eliminated them, and informed their relatives.If necessary, we will use the services of the boarding house again.

Хорошее тихое место ,то что нужно для пожилых людей.Наш дедушка не может прожевать один и поэтому решили выбрать для него хороший пансионат ,остановили свой выбор на Истоке и не пожалели !Благодарим персонал за заботу и доброту !
