I took the Lenovo a 7000 phone under warranty. I got a little lost until I found the branch (but it doesn't matter). There were 3 girls in the waiting room. I went to the central computer, I don't remember the name...
the girl is cultured, she wasn't rude. She decorated everything beautifully and said they would call back when it was ready. After 2 weeks, I called myself and heard that my phone was ready. I came to the department, presented the receipt and took the phone. The phone was repaired (the touch did not work, the screen was replaced), no damage from transportation or anything else was found. Everything is beautiful and cool!).
In general, thanks to them for their work, I liked everything. Only there was no call from them that the phone was ready... and so everything is super!

Maybe they repaired a new Lenovo laptop here (they sniffed the keyboard, and the child poured tea). The keyboard was closed every day at the usual hour of repair, ale on the frame, and the trim keyboard was broken off by a "latch" and one cut of the frame was placed above the keyboard. And also on the upper floor of the laptop z"appeared in the school of plasmas (mabut ym padaw). Super servers, hang out - don't mess around!
