It was the first time we were in this hotel. The experience is excellent, despite the hotel's 2-star status.
About the pros: the room is clean, bed linen and towels are normal, the bathroom is large, there is shampoo, gel and soap. We stayed in a 3-bed room. It consisted of 2 rooms, with one and two single beds. Each room has a TV, a table and chairs, and cupboards. The room is not small! There are a lot of places that you will not find in Moscow or St. Petersburg hotels).
Breakfast is a buffet, delicious.
There are nice girls at the reception. You can buy additional hygiene products, disposable slippers.
Cons: the hotel, of course, is far from the center of Minsk, it is not very convenient without a car.
If necessary, we will be happy to return to this place!!
Among the advantages - polite staff, excellent breakfast, dinner was also delicious, clean, tidy. It's a little far away, but it's not critical. Everything was fine, BUT the audibility in the room is just unreal. You can hear who is doing what, what is watching on TV, who goes out and comes in, who is talking about what, and this is not only on the floor of the residence, but also on the neighboring ones too. As a result, I managed to fall asleep by 4 a.m., when everyone calmed down.
I really liked the hotel.Intelligent young people always sit at the reception. In the cafe, not to say that the variety is not so great, but you can eat for breakfast. It's really expensive. It can be ordered for lunch and dinner from the menu.I haven't tried it, I don't know. The rooms are clean and cleaned often. There is always soap and shampoo.Thank you for being patient when I asked you to pour hot water into a thermos, I can't go without hot in the morning.)You can also have a snack across the street from the hotel, but the menu is monotonous. And so it's no closer to go to the center.Within walking distance, if you turn right as you exit, there is a supermarket and a vegetable stall nearby.I don't like all kinds of guest houses, my advice is if you check in, then only in a hotel.
I recommend. For its price, it is an excellent hotel. You can order a room on the website, everything works clearly. The reception works quickly and accurately, check-in/check-out is fast. There are enough parking spaces. There is a cafe-bar on the ground floor. The only thing is that it is far from the city center, there are no grocery stores nearby - you will have to walk a little
Booking on the website is very convenient. We lived in a quadruple room, the number of closets is off the scale, you can live for months))) The buffet breakfast is varied. The location in a residential area is not a reproach, but suddenly who needs parties under the window, this most likely will not happen) We arrived by our own car, but also by taxi to the center of the drive of 20 minutes and about 20 rubles, depending on the time. The only drawback is sooo long service in the restaurant in the evening with a not very large landing, but I hope that when I return, it will be fixed))) Overall, the impressions are positive. Thank you for your hospitality
The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is wonderful. I was very upset by the lack of a kettle and refrigerator. We checked in quite late, went to the cafe at 16-20, wanted to have lunch, but we were informed that lunches are only until 16-00. I think that the cafe at the hotel should not limit the guests in the range of dishes. It turned out that we lost customers and spoiled the impression of the hotel as a whole.
Solid two stars. Nice girls at the reception. I didn't really like that the cooler is only on the 1st floor. The linen is clean, cleaned on time. The breakfast buffet is quite plentiful, a good choice for every taste. In the cold season, the rooms are a little stuffy, but it is ventilated quickly. There is a bus stop nearby.
Clean, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, polite and courteous staff, good Parking, convenient location.
On the downside, it is not always possible to check in without booking rooms in advance.
There is always an excellent hotel chain, everything is clean, cleaning on demand or every 3rd day, like, a set of soap, shampoo and gel is updated regularly, we always take it with breakfast, because a very diverse buffet allows you to have a hearty and delicious meal.
An interesting option for a stop in Minsk. It will be convenient for those traveling by car - convenient access and ample Parking. The hotel itself is typical, the room was spacious, two-room; the furnishings are simple, but quite sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is quite a decent cafe at the hotel, which, lo and behold!, does not close on weekends for "special service". Very decent kitchen.
Of the cons:
The room clearly lacks at least a small refrigerator. The bathroom in the room is very spacious, but at the same time it has a small shower cabin, and the washbasin, very small, is squeezed between the cabin and the wall - it is inconvenient to use it. With such an area, it would be much more efficient to plan a bathroom / node.
In the cafe, the countertops at the tables are staggering and creaking terribly - it's clear that this is a hint, they say it's not good to put your elbows on the table, but the creaking is very nasty.
Great hotel! No need to look at the stars of this hotel, but I highly recommend looking at the stars from the hotel! A picturesque place, near a great park museum, fresh air and just a great team will not leave any visitor indifferent)))
The food is delicious, the portions are large, the prices are pleasant (especially the lunch menu).
In general, the cafe at the hotel really left a pleasant impression. Many praised and advised, now it is clear why.
A clean and cozy hotel. An adequate price. The staff is very friendly. The price for breakfast is too high. The wife did not like the mattress and pillows. There is not enough kettle and refrigerator in the room and cooler on the floor (only on the 1st floor)
The hotel and the staff were very pleased! The room is clean and tidy, the room is cleaned according to schedule. The cafe at the hotel is very tasty, the staff is friendly and customer-oriented. Thank you very much for your hospitality! Belarus is a wonderful country, with the kindest people.
At the entrance to the city. Inexpensive, there is a restaurant. Breakfast is included. The rooms are simple but clean. The territory is always cleaned, there is Parking for cars. Cheap to spend the night, that's the thing.
Nice clean room. Friendly staff. If only spending the night is an excellent choice.
There is no air conditioning or mini-bar. The shower stall is very small. There is no separate breakfast in the restaurant - only a buffet. But the staff is also very polite and hospitable.
There is parking for cars, a public transport stop nearby.
Quiet residential area.
Accommodation of 2 people in a 2-room room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is enough to eat, and delicious - vegetables, porridge, casserole, mannikin, wings, sausages, pastries, sour milk, tea, coffee
Quick check-in, pleasant staff - everything was prompted and told. The room was clean, the double room had a refrigerator, the single one without. There is no foot towel.
The advantages are the price, the staff is responsive. Cons-you can get to the center either by taxi or by bus plus metro. The bus runs in 30 minutes and until 21 hours. Inconvenient from my point of view. Everything in the room is very modest, the mattress is "tired", there is no refrigerator, hair dryer and kettle, there is a cooler at the reception. The usual breakfast. For the unassuming tourists.
The room has a desk, five 220 outlets and one Internet outlet. There is also a free Wi-Fi. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from Uruchye metro station. They clean the room and change the bed linen and towels almost every day. It's just a pity that there's no kettle in the room. Apparently, the calculation is for a cafe at the hotel. But there was a small refrigerator. The room has a carpet covering.
I had a chance to have dinner! It was cooked quickly, the main thing is delicious! The atmosphere is calm. The portions are not even small! Money is quite acceptable! I recommend.
A great, clean hotel. The breakfast is very good, a decent choice, everything is fresh and delicious. The bed linen is snow-white. We were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely return to this hotel when visiting Minsk.
Great hotel! Very clean, neat, delicious food and lots of it! It was important for me that I had sliced vegetables for breakfast, salads, and a lot of protein... A gorgeous curd casserole! I really liked absolutely everything!
The hotel is a network hotel. We were behind the ring road. In general, the price and quality correspond to each other. The two-room suite is clean, the linen is clean, bathroom accessories. There is a TV in every room. There is a refrigerator in the living room. There is a large bed in the bedroom. The staff is friendly. Of the cons: two small pillows, I have them in the car. Breakfasts for Russian money are 700 rubles per person. Transportation : there is a bus from the center and two buses from the metro. In general, I recommend it.
Believe it or not, it's really great there! The coffee with a lump is delicious. And the view of those expanses - it must be there! In general, I won't say anything bad - it was one day and one night! Yes, if it works out, I'll be there again.
Reasonable prices. Cafe at the hotel. Large Parking for cars.
It resembles a hotel from the USSR.
There are no grocery stores nearby. You need to bring drinking water with you. Weak wifi. To get to the city center either by taxi, or by bus and metro.
You can order a taxi using the Yandex.Taxi app if you link a World map to it.
An excellent hotel, always quick check-in, very polite staff at the reception and in the cafe, the breakfasts are cool - this is very captivating and I always choose your hotel, not apartments.
The only thing is, in the last visit they settled on the 9th floor and when there was a strong wind, something was knocking very loudly from above and did not let them sleep ... well, I want discounts for regular guests ...)
The interior is quite cozy, bright, comfortable, the air conditioner works perfectly.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
The food is delicious and satisfying at home. They cook quickly, so the waiting time for dishes is short.
The prices are very reasonable, considering that this is still a cafe. You can eat tasty and on a budget.
In general, this is a cool option to not bother with food while staying at the hotel.
I lived in this hotel for two weeks at the age of 21 and 23.I'll start with the pros! Excellent service, excellent staff. Every day they give individual bags of shower gel, shampoo and soap. Toilet paper in two rolls. Warm rooms.
There is a cafe at the hotel. A variety of dishes, at an affordable price. The chefs cook well. Breakfast(which are paid separately) - buffet. A variety of dishes, drinks, fruits.
Minuses:you can't get into the cafe in the evenings, there are custom-made dinners and there is no catering nearby. But they warn you about this in advance.
The location of the hotel (it doesn't matter to me)
Room cleaning is not always done.
It's very noisy in the evenings. Poor sound insulation
The convenient location of the hotel, as we were by car. Large parking lot. The cost, compared to other hotels, pleased me.. Clean, decent rooms. There is a refrigerator. The food is delicious in the cafe at the hotel. Very decent coffee. I liked everything. I recommend.
It's not the first time I've stayed in their network, for such a price it's not bad enough, a good breakfast and a room, always clean!but there are problems booking a room, often a lot of athletes!
Very friendly staff, ready to competently answer any questions. The rooms are clean. We had a two-room room with two TVs. The downside is the absence of an electric kettle and refrigerator . A hairdryer can be taken at the reception. Parking in the yard under the cameras. Very quiet area, about 20 minutes to the metro by public transport. The food is a buffet in the morning (if the room is without breakfast, 22 bel. rub.), in the evening there is a cafe with a varied assortment.
I have already left a positive review about the hotel. The restaurant with Belarusian cuisine deserves a separate review. We waited for about thirty minutes for the order over beer and milkshake. It was worth it!Delicious freshly made pancakes!!! I don't remember what my husband and son ordered, but both are happy. We ate in the evening after walking around Minsk. Very tasty and very cheap! Tips can only be given in cash, Russian or Belarusian. Stock up. The service is excellent.
Thanks to the staff!
A wonderful hotel, courteous staff! Cleanliness, comfort. The breakfasts are excellent, everything is very tasty, fresh, there is always enough for everyone. In the evening we had dinner in a cafe, the prices were adequate, we liked everything very much! Thanks!
A standard economy hotel on the outskirts of the city. We took a taxi to the metro, then took the metro to the center. The room has beds, bedside tables, a TV and many closets. There is no refrigerator in the room, and for us it was a significant disadvantage. Thanks to the hotstes, it was possible to put food in the refrigerator at the reception. But it's not even a full-fledged refrigerator, but a bar for cooling water. We rented a two-room room and, as I understood, there is no refrigerator anywhere. I would like to ask you to put them up. It would also be great if there was a kettle in the room. He is also missing.
This hotel has the most necessary options. You will be happy to be told and shown what you ask for. I was impressed that there is no heavy traffic past the hotel, which is important at night. A great option for that kind of money
Polite staff. Clean dishes. Quite a variety of food. We understand that a cafe is NOT a restaurant, so there is certainly nothing "out of the ordinary" here. The breakfasts are good: tea, coffee, porridge, sausages with buckwheat and pasta, omelet, kefir, jam, yogurt, croissants.
For lunch there are first courses, national pancakes, ice cream and fruit for dessert. Quite acceptable prices and quite diverse.
A very budget hotel, beds with crooked mattresses from which you will roll down. There is nothing in the bathroom except soap. There is no refrigerator. The dining room is worse than a roadside cafe, there is no choice of dishes, if something is over, you will have to wait for a new portion to be taken out for a long time or you will not wait at all. We do not recommend staying at this hotel. It is unclear who writes positive reviews about this hotel.
The hotel is very nice. Anyone who complained about the lack of kettles and refrigerators should understand that the hotel is two-star. Yes, it is located behind the ring road, by public transport you can take the metro, bus stops 5, then 10-15 minutes on foot. The room is spacious, double in two different rooms, and you can put a third bed in the bathroom) A good breakfast. That is, for an economy class hotel, you can get the most out of what is possible.
The hotel is very good for its 2 stars, the location, of course, is not brilliant, but it is convenient for me, because it is located near the IT city, where I visit for work. The nearest decent supermarket is 20 minutes on foot, half an hour to the metro,(I didn't take the bus), half an hour by taxi to the airport and the Bolshoi Theater. The breakfast buffet is quite decent, that year they even served champagne with caviar sandwiches! The superior standard room is not bad, spacious. There is water in the cooler on the 1st floor in the reception, there is no kettle and refrigerator, only glasses. Plumbing, towels, linen are normal. The staff too.
Not bad. I've stayed in hotels of this chain before, on Bike Lane, but this is my first time in this hotel. When I went to check in, it was annoying that it was far from the subway, but it turned out that it was quite tolerable, the buses ran often and it took only 13 minutes to go. The hotel itself is clean, bed linen and towels were changed once in six days, cleaning was done every day. Swedish breakfasts are served from 7 o'clock, so I made it to all the excursions. So everything is acceptable.
The staff is friendly, there is a buffet breakfast, you can eat all day. If you take the dishes separately, it turns out to be expensive. Clean, spacious. There is a bar with drinks,
