Excellent quality/price ratio, rooms are clean and comfortable, personnel extremely helpful and friendly. Super convenient and easy the online booking process that allows to change or cancel the booking until the day before checkin. Breakfast is good and various, the bar/restaurant is open until 11 p.m. also during weekends and it serves simple but very tasty dishes for a really small price. Parking available with plenty of space. All credit card accepted and working (no problem with the EU/US ones due to sanctions). Definetly my first choice in Minsk!
I will be happy to share my experience of staying at the IT Time Hotel. It was a wonderful place to relax after a busy day.The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The check-in was quick and without any problems. The room turned out to be spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a TV — everything you need for a good rest.I was especially pleased with the location of the hotel. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time close to the city center, which makes it convenient for walking and sightseeing.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the IT Time Hotel. I will be happy to come back here again.
We lived in 101 rooms
+The staff is polite, active,
+the food in the dining room nearby is decent and delicious
+Towels are fresh and new.
+ There are no dusty surfaces
+ The shelves in the closet are clean
+The carpet is clean
Of the cons
- there are 3 spiders in the bathroom, whole and alive. (The plumbing is clean at the same time)
- the linen is full of holes, (but clean and fresh)
- the legs of a chair for people with disabilities are covered in black mold (you wash it, put it away and put it on demand)
-the smell of sewage in the bathroom
- the handle on the front door needs to be pulled towards you, then sharply to the bottom and the door will open (as in a fairy tale: clap your hands, stamp twice, the door will open). The child couldn't open it.
- there are dead insects in the wall lamps.
The service is top-notch.All the staff are highly qualified specialists who help in various situations.I would also like to mention the kindness and courtesy of the staff. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning.Linen change-1 time per week. The cafe also has delicious food and friendly staff. Thank you all!!!
I liked the hotel. For your money, this is the best that could be) it is certainly far from the center, but you can safely get there in 30-40 minutes by public transport. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, buses run frequently, then transfer to the metro and you are in the center. The girls at the reception are very polite.
There are certain points, but this is a 2-star hotel, you need to understand this right away. For example, there is no hair dryer in the room, you need to ask at the reception, there were no problems with the availability of a hair dryer, they always gave it out. The water cooler is also on the 1st floor at the reception. And there is no cleaning in the room, they just threw out the garbage every day, and on the third day of arrival they changed towels, a bed and added consumables.
We were in Minsk on January 3-4. We came to the country's big Christmas tree. We booked this hotel for four people. We were greeted kindly. It was quickly posted. Everything is very clean and tidy. One disadvantage is that it is impossible to drink tea in the evening. The cooler was not found on the floor. I had to drink a cold ox, which happened to be in the supply of drinking water taken on the road. I recommend the hotel.
Everything is great, the large rooms are clean. Quick registration. One-time soap, gel, shampoo, and no toothpaste. There is carpet on the floor, the rooms were warm in winter, everything dries out on the battery. And there is no hair dryer in the room, but you can get it at the reception. cooler at the reception. And breakfast is full with everything (egg, yogurt, sandwiches, water, oatmeal cookies). The wi-fi is working fine. We took a taxi to the water park for 500 rubles. Russian ones. Comfortable. Maybe thanks.
The room is clean. Apparently I didn't read it very carefully, but I got used to the fact that all hotels have a refrigerator, hairdryer and kettle in their rooms. There's only a cooler here, and that's on the ground floor. I'm not even talking about tea in the room. The room was taken with breakfast in the cafe at the hotel. It is very comfortable. They cook there for four. They also accept passing buses. We came across it once. It was not comfortable, because there were no empty seats and everything was quickly swept away from the buffet.
An inexpensive hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Secure parking.
The hotel has a cafe with reasonable prices, excellent service and delicious dishes.
There is a park nearby for walking.
The hotel is quite cozy. The location is close to my course location, so it's ok. But, of course, it is far from the center. The price/quality ratio is optimal for a business trip. The staff is polite, goes to a meeting. There are rooms for 1, 2 people and blocks of two rooms for 2 people each with a shared bathroom. There is a TV in the room. I was upset by the lack of a kettle, refrigerator, and microwave. There is often an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. The linen is tired, not always washed to white. There are 8 stops to the metro on any bus. There is a cafe. Breakfast buffet, payable when booking a room. At lunch and dinner, you can have a limited-course menu. A grocery store is 1 km away. There is not much place to walk around.
The hotel is very nice. The rooms are cozy, the service is very good, polite and friendly staff who quickly helps to resolve any issues. Daria, the girl at the reception, was especially endearing. I want to return to such a hotel!
The service is good! It's expensive in the cafeteria, but it's delicious! The hotel is quiet and peaceful, there is not much movement. I liked. Thank you so much for checking in earlier than you booked. We chose this hotel based on a recommendation, and it's closer to the airport.
Nice hotel near the techno park. 30-40 minutes to the airport. Rooms for every taste. We lived in two rooms in a two-room suite. Excellent breakfast (buffet). Polite staff. Electronic door keys. I recommend.
The positive. 1. Communication and booking on the website are working, which is not often the case in the city. 2. The ability to find a room immediately before the trip. 3. Simply wonderful receptionists, security guards, friendly maids. 4. A very good cafe at the hotel, a full buffet breakfast, open from 7:00. 5. Convenient location on the MKAD, if by car. Negative. 1. The room is simply furnished with a scoop: shaky beds, unpleasant spring mattresses, a huge number of cabinets with 2 hangers on the closet, ridiculously small televisions with problematic operation (one simply has a damaged antenna socket), just a mini-hood below the waist, very uncomfortable, without pictures and pleasant trifles. 2. Because of this, I think the price of accommodation is very high. 3. The prices in the cafe are very high, why not call it a restaurant? But the food is delicious. 4. Transit buses often stop, including those with groups from sunny Asia, and they behave very noisily, but at 23:00 they quiet down as if on command, so that at 7:00 they can make as much noise as possible. The audibility is simply phenomenal. Of course, everything is supported by the hotel staff, only thanks to them the rating is not lower. Managers, pay attention to the comfort, for this money the client should be comfortable, otherwise it resembles the Komsomol youth camp of the 70s. Take at least something from the design of your cafe, and you will be successful.
Great hotel! Pleasant to communicate with, polite staff - quickly, clearly and to the point solved all the issues that arose- special thanks to them! Location- if you are by car- parking for cars, near the gas station, exit to the MKAD- quickly and without problems - get to any place in Minsk! Very convenient! Cafe- for breakfast - buffet- Excellent: porridge, fruits, vegetables, casseroles, tea, coffee - in general - you will definitely not stay hungry! The rooms are clean, bright- thank you! Definitely- I recommend it! The price-quality ratio is almost perfect!
A good budget hotel. There is only a TV in the room, a kettle, a microwave, and no refrigerator. It's generally clean, but the bathroom sometimes has an unpleasant sewer smell. There are two towels, soap, shower gels. The girls at the reception are friendly. Conclusion: if you want cheap, you are here, if you are used to comfort, then look for more expensive and do not require space from two stars))
It is located, yes, not in the center. But this did not cause any special difficulties, as they say, I did not walk 2 km. Buses No. 25,64 and 145c run from Moskovskaya metro station. They stay two steps away from the hotel. I also went to the city center. The timetable is posted at bus stops everywhere. The hotel is clean, very quiet. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Everything is working in the room, there are a lot of outlets, hangers, etc. The price for accommodation was also very pleased. What I would like to change: a cooler is needed on every floor, not just on the ground floor, a refrigerator and a hairdryer are also needed in the room. I took a hair dryer and a boiler with me. I kept the groceries on the windowsill)) (I went in winter). I left with a warm feeling of gratitude.
Excellent, clean hotel! It is located in a quiet and peaceful place, there is a large Parking lot! The location is convenient for those who drive! The breakfasts were included! I recommend it!
The rooms are clean and cozy. Room cleaning and garbage removal are carried out daily. Friendly staff. Very convenient location. You can easily get to any point in Minsk.
It is convenient to get there by car, excellent Parking at the hotel. The room layout is good, but there is no hair dryer. The staff is friendly, but for some reason they didn't even offer breakfast. Even for an additional fee. It is inconvenient to get to the metro by public transport.
A good hotel, honest two stars. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of closets for storing things.
Excellent audibility: if there is a loud conversation in the room above you, you will hear everything.
It's only because of my love for the Belarusian Brothers that I have such an assessment, I want to write something good, but something doesn't come to mind. The usual "Soviet department" with chipboard furniture, sagging mattresses, poor insulation, and plumbing fixtures from the USSR. I haven't been to the white Russians for a long time, but I realized that there is no better Russian, I left earlier and had a great time in Smolensk, both cheaper and better. And Yes, don't go to the restaurant downstairs, even if you don't want to go to the city, a pan of absolutely tasteless potatoes with chopped sausage definitely won't cheer you up, well, at least the beer saved the situation, but the aftertaste is Bulba-flavored. Guys, you can't do that! Although business travelers and those who miss the good old days, there may be nothing for local vodka.. Good luck to all..
We booked a standard for two nights for three for 6,700 rubles. We paid immediately for Ozone. The best offer! The room is two-room and very spacious (813).
Modest, but clean and cozy. A large number of cabinets. Two beds in a large room, 2 in a smaller room and each with a TV. The sound insulation is good. Soap and soap accessories are available-on the second day they were replenished, the floor was washed. There are no hair dryers, fans, air conditioners in the rooms. This cannot be called a minus, since the hotel is declared as a two-star hotel. I am informing you in case this is of key importance to someone. We were in the hottest weather, but the nights are cool and it's fresh at night with the windows open. Maybe they are present in rooms of a higher class.
The cooler is on the ground floor. Refrigerator at the reception. We were allowed to use the service freezer (refrigerants were frozen).
The hotel is located on the outskirts in a new area. Opposite is a park with huge stones. We went for a walk last night. The air is fresh, everything is well maintained, there are no mosquitoes and other blood-sucking filth. They were surprised. We went out through the parking lot opposite, deciding to pass the time to the store, assuming that there was a forest there.
It's not close to the center, but there are no traffic jams. We left the car next to the nearest metro station, located 5 minutes away. The Belarusian metro is a separate song!
The staff is polite and friendly.
The expectations are justified.
We would like to thank the staff.
A great hotel for your money. Very good food in the dining room/the bar that is adjacent to the hotel. Pleasant staff, the only drawback is the lack of a kettle, refrigerator and microwave in the room.
For your money, it's quite acceptable. Clean and tidy. Large room area. Lots of closets.
Minuses:
- torn and stained bed linen;
- ill-considered placement of hooks in the bathroom;
- cheap toilet paper holders, etc.;
- there is no hairdryer in the room
Nice room. Clear. The hotel is great, but there are no disposable slippers in the room. The service in the bar is long, the prices are too high. A buffet breakfast is served in the morning, but sparsely. The bar staff is not efficient. The scrambled eggs were waited for 30 minutes.
Nice hotel, modern, the room has everything you need. Except for the kettle. There is a cafe downstairs where you can have a snack and drink more than just coffee.
There is a private parking.
We lived in a double room, just like in a boarding house. Two rooms on one hallway, plus amenities - toilet, shower. There is no hair dryer, the shower is leaking from the tray, there are no mats. There is no mini fridge in the room, which is very sad. At the same time, everything is clean and tidy, two beds, a table, a chair, a TV, a small closet. We lived on the 9th floor. When there is a strong wind, it feels like the roof above you is taking off and falling with a crash. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and cozy. Everything was fine in the restaurant, the Swede. breakfast,
The room is spacious, clean, no questions asked, but there is no refrigerator, kettle, one iron for everyone) I would like to mention the cardboard walls separately, it seems to me that you can hear three floors up and down, keep in mind! The cafe is on the ground floor, there is no need to run from building to building, the food is normal. The staff is polite, not annoying.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, there is a small refrigerator, TV. The Internet works well even on the upper floors. The rooms are cozy with a large bathroom, good linen and towels, there are disposable bags with shampoo and shower gel. There's a clothes brush in the closet. There is a cafe on the 1st floor, a buffet breakfast. The hotel is located in the Akademgorodok area, there is an inexpensive dining room nearby. There is a bus to the metro, you can pay for the ride on the bus using a QR code. Or buy tickets at the metro ticket office (costs less than 1 bel.rub) for the bus. A taxi from Yandex or local carriers is called at the reception at the best prices and with the possibility of paying with a Mir card.
The rooms are large, not very new, but the linen is clean and the whole room is clean. The hotel is located far from the metro, shops and shopping centers, so if you are without a car, then keep in mind that only a couple of buses run at the nearest transport stop. But there is a large parking lot for tourists by car. There is no refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel in the room. To take a break, sleep and tidy up after the trip, the hotel is ideal.
The rooms are clean. They clean it daily. It's a little expensive to eat at the bar, of course. And the store is not nearby. The staff is friendly. There is a parking lot. The only thing was that the shower holder was broken.
This is a great hotel!! We stayed with the class , pleasant rooms , clean and tidy hotel . thanks to the staff, they are pleasant and understanding!!! Thank you for your time without scandals.
We had a New Year's holiday at this hotel
The hotel is in good condition for that kind of money.
The location is certainly far from the center, but we knew what we were doing.
But there is no cleaning in the rooms, our comments were ignored. The bedding hadn't been changed after the previous tenants, the garbage in the bathroom hadn't been taken out, and there was also a disgusting sewer smell in it.
A large hotel on the outskirts of Minsk. As the administrator said: the concept of sleeping and washing. It can be done perfectly well. Clear. Simple beds, linen, a lot of closets. There is breakfast, but we didn't use it. There is no refrigerator in the room, this is a minus, but they asked at the reception, they put it in their own without any problems. There is no microwave, kettle either, there are 2 glasses. To spend the night and run errands in the morning is a good option.
On the plus side, room cleaning. I lived for a month, and I studied all the children's football teams. They scream and run from 7-23, and when athletes are older, they party until 3 a.m. There is almost no Internet, breakfast is normal, but you can come when there is nothing left! Due to the arrival of the children's teams, they were not served in the cafe, they did not even sell chips with beer! Everything has already gone wild! The price.... But you live like in a dorm!
We were at the hotel in early May, it was insanely cold, and the fact that the room was 2 rooms and there was an extra a blanket. The towel is full of holes (changed during treatment), there is no provision for feet. There is no hair dryer, refrigerator and kettle in the room, only a tray and a cup.The linen is tired, the blankets are in my hair, the springs on the mattress are very noticeable. The bathroom is large, but uncomfortable - the mini sink and shower stall are narrow, and again it is very cold, there is no mat, and towels are not provided for the feet.
The breakfasts are not tasty and monotonous.
The location is far from the city, but there is a bus stop to the metro nearby.but you can't buy a ticket (you need an app or a ticket separately, you can't buy one from the driver). There is parking, they said that there is a camera.
Good price-quality ratio.
The reception staff is friendly.
The guard guided them to a short exit to the parking lot, and also told them about the nearest grocery stores and transport stops.
We rented a room of 2 rooms.
The room is clean, all the necessary accessories in the form of snow-white towels and personal hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, shower gel were.
We had a buffet breakfast included. I liked the choice: porridge, muesli, yoghurts, boiled sausages, casserole, omelette, bread, bread roll, butter and slices for sandwiches, even light salads, fruits, tea, coffee.
In general, it is difficult to stay hungry.
The metro is 15-20 minutes away at a normal pace. Most likely, you can get there by bus (have not tried).
A nice and cozy hotel! I really liked it here)) Of course, I wanted to put 4, but thank you very much to the maids who did not let me do it. Huge thanks for the frequency in the rooms, always clean and cozy.
I wanted to reduce it probably because it was possible to put a kettle in each room (although there are a lot of rooms, so be kind enough to go to a cafe for boiling water😃) also a cooler on each floor, it would be possible)) well, the most important reason is if you shoot for a long time, then there is no washing machine (((so be kind and wash things with your hands, as in 1972 under Brezhnev)
I will definitely come back again.
It's a disgusting hotel.
After checking in, we saw a stained mirror. The cleaning lady came and tried to wipe it off, and when she couldn't, she said it was a "design decision." The answer to the stink in the toilet was given – antiseptics. Of course, we believed it all. It turned out that we were accommodated in the most designer room of all possible in the hotel. There was no such thing in others. Luxury!
One day they left early in the morning and returned at night. Noticing a black bag on the next bed, I looked into it, and there was our old trash. There was a clean, new bag in the toilet. The receptionist told us to figure out who did it, because the cleaning lady couldn't leave him on the bed! She didn't care that the guests hadn't been in the room all day.
The towels provided by the hotel were obviously dirty and stank. The bathroom drain can be seen in the photo, probably all the woodlice living in the shower crawled there. The shower door, by the way, did not close, the handle scrolled.
Dirty walls in some unknown way. Looking at one door, it seemed like someone had decided to throw up on it.
The receptionists at the reception did not consider it necessary to greet the guests, nor did they look polite.
The food in their dining room is of the lowest quality, the waiters are arrogant, and they charge money. On the very first day, they managed to cheat us out of the amount. They bothered to return it, but not in full.
The beds were pushed away from the walls at a sufficient distance. Why is not clear. Perhaps there is a secret and deep meaning in this. They creaked terribly, it seemed like someone was dying.
The front door, thank God, if it opened at least the second time on the card.
I would give zero stars, but unfortunately, this is not possible, nor is it possible to close the hotel.
Comment from another issue:
There is no door in the shower, the front door closes very poorly, the closet is very shaky, there is no refrigerator, the rooms were not cleaned, the drawers in the bedside tables are very dirty.
The hotel is in a quiet and cozy place. There are two elevators, the rooms are comfortable and pleasant. A good breakfast menu, the staff is polite and professional. It's a bit expensive for a room compared to other cities, but I think it's fine for Minsk. In any case, I liked the place, most likely I will come here again.
A pleasant hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A large, standard selection of breakfast dishes. The only negative is that there are no disposable slippers.
The rooms are clean and cozy. There is everything you need. Daily cleaning service. Polite staff. The room has all the amenities: toilet, shower, TV, etc. Delicious breakfasts. In general, I liked everything, if necessary, I will stay here and recommend it to everyone.
A good hotel, a standard breakfast buffet, the room is cleaned all the time, clean, conveniently located on the Mkad, there is plenty of Parking
Greetings and special thanks to the administrator Nadezhda Vysotskaya✌️
Everything is clean and tidy. There is a great bar and cafe on the ground floor. In the morning, breakfast is "Swedish line". There is also an order on the Main menu.
