Excellent quality/price ratio, rooms are clean and comfortable, personnel extremely helpful and friendly. Super convenient and easy the online booking process that allows to change or cancel the booking until the day before checkin. Breakfast is good and various, the bar/restaurant is open until 11 p.m. also during weekends and it serves simple but very tasty dishes for a really small price. Parking available with plenty of space. All credit card accepted and working (no problem with the EU/US ones due to sanctions). Definetly my first choice in Minsk!

I will be happy to share my experience of staying at the IT Time Hotel. It was a wonderful place to relax after a busy day.The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The check-in was quick and without any problems. The room turned out to be spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a TV — everything you need for a good rest.I was especially pleased with the location of the hotel. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time close to the city center, which makes it convenient for walking and sightseeing.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the IT Time Hotel. I will be happy to come back here again.

I liked the hotel. For your money, this is the best that could be) it is certainly far from the center, but you can safely get there in 30-40 minutes by public transport. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, buses run frequently, then transfer to the metro and you are in the center. The girls at the reception are very polite.
There are certain points, but this is a 2-star hotel, you need to understand this right away. For example, there is no hair dryer in the room, you need to ask at the reception, there were no problems with the availability of a hair dryer, they always gave it out. The water cooler is also on the 1st floor at the reception. And there is no cleaning in the room, they just threw out the garbage every day, and on the third day of arrival they changed towels, a bed and added consumables.

We were in Minsk on January 3-4. We came to the country's big Christmas tree. We booked this hotel for four people. We were greeted kindly. It was quickly posted. Everything is very clean and tidy. One disadvantage is that it is impossible to drink tea in the evening. The cooler was not found on the floor. I had to drink a cold ox, which happened to be in the supply of drinking water taken on the road. I recommend the hotel.

There's only a cooler here, and that's on the ground floor. I'm not even talking about tea in the room. The room was taken with breakfast in the cafe at the hotel. It is very comfortable. They cook there for four. They also accept passing buses. We came across it once. It was not comfortable, because there were no empty seats and everything was quickly swept away from the buffet.

Персонал добрый и поможет если даже из что то не касается, брату надо было поменять сим-карту, а ключа не было, персонал дали и сказали вернуть потом, очень благодарны им, отле хороший, ресторанчик их вообще классный, в целом советую, если кто начинает свой тур по Беларуси именно с Минска

The hotel is quite cozy. The location is close to my course location, so it's ok. But, of course, it is far from the center. The price/quality ratio is optimal for a business trip. The staff is polite, goes to a meeting. There are rooms for 1, 2 people and blocks of two rooms for 2 people each with a shared bathroom. There is a TV in the room. I was upset by the lack of a kettle, refrigerator, and microwave. There is often an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. The linen is tired, not always washed to white. There are 8 stops to the metro on any bus. There is a cafe. Breakfast buffet, payable when booking a room. At lunch and dinner, you can have a limited-course menu. A grocery store is 1 km away. There is not much place to walk around.

Because of this, I think the price of accommodation is very high. 3. The prices in the cafe are very high, why not call it a restaurant? But the food is delicious. 4. Transit buses often stop, including those with groups from sunny Asia, and they behave very noisily, but at 23:00 they quiet down as if on command, so that at 7:00 they can make as much noise as possible. The audibility is simply phenomenal. Of course, everything is supported by the hotel staff, only thanks to them the rating is not lower. Managers, pay attention to the comfort, for this money the client should be comfortable, otherwise it resembles the Komsomol youth camp of the 70s. Take at least something from the design of your cafe, and you will be successful.

Location- if you are by car- parking for cars, near the gas station, exit to the MKAD- quickly and without problems - get to any place in Minsk! Very convenient! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Everything is working in the room, there are a lot of outlets, hangers, etc. The price for accommodation was also very pleased. What I would like to change: a cooler is needed on every floor, not just on the ground floor, a refrigerator and a hairdryer are also needed in the room. I took a hair dryer and a boiler with me. I haven't been to the white Russians for a long time, but I realized that there is no better Russian, I left earlier and had a great time in Smolensk, both cheaper and better. And Yes, don't go to the restaurant downstairs, even if you don't want to go to the city, a pan of absolutely tasteless potatoes with chopped sausage definitely won't cheer you up, well, at least the beer saved the situation, but the aftertaste is Bulba-flavored. We booked a standard for two nights for three for 6,700 rubles. We paid immediately for Ozone. The best offer! The room is two-room and very spacious (813).

Soap and soap accessories are available-on the second day they were replenished, the floor was washed. There are no hair dryers, fans, air conditioners in the rooms. This cannot be called a minus, since the hotel is declared as a two-star hotel. I am informing you in case this is of key importance to someone. We were in the hottest weather, but the nights are cool and it's fresh at night with the windows open. Maybe they are present in rooms of a higher class.
The cooler is on the ground floor. Refrigerator at the reception. We were allowed to use the service freezer (refrigerants were frozen).
The hotel is located on the outskirts in a new area. Opposite is a park with huge stones. We went for a walk last night. The air is fresh, everything is well maintained, there are no mosquitoes and other blood-sucking filth. They were surprised. We went out through the parking lot opposite, deciding to pass the time to the store, assuming that there was a forest there.
It's not close to the center, but there are no traffic jams. We left the car next to the nearest metro station, located 5 minutes away. The Belarusian metro is a separate song!
The staff is polite and friendly.
The expectations are justified.

It's a disgusting hotel.
After checking in, we saw a stained mirror. The cleaning lady came and tried to wipe it off, and when she couldn't, she said it was a "design decision." The answer to the stink in the toilet was given – antiseptics. Of course, we believed it all. It turned out that we were accommodated in the most designer room of all possible in the hotel. There was no such thing in others. Luxury!
One day they left early in the morning and returned at night. Noticing a black bag on the next bed, I looked into it, and there was our old trash. There was a clean, new bag in the toilet. The receptionist told us to figure out who did it, because the cleaning lady couldn't leave him on the bed! She didn't care that the guests hadn't been in the room all day.
The towels provided by the hotel were obviously dirty and stank. The bathroom drain can be seen in the photo, probably all the woodlice living in the shower crawled there. The shower door, by the way, did not close, the handle scrolled.
Dirty walls in some unknown way. Looking at one door, it seemed like someone had decided to throw up on it.
The receptionists at the reception did not consider it necessary to greet the guests, nor did they look polite.
The food in their dining room is of the lowest quality, the waiters are arrogant, and they charge money. On the very first day, they managed to cheat us out of the amount. They bothered to return it, but not in full.
The beds were pushed away from the walls at a sufficient distance. Why is not clear. Perhaps there is a secret and deep meaning in this. They creaked terribly, it seemed like someone was dying.
The front door, thank God, if it opened at least the second time on the card.
I would give zero stars, but unfortunately, this is not possible, nor is it possible to close the hotel.

There is no door in the shower, the front door closes very poorly, the closet is very shaky, there is no refrigerator, the rooms were not cleaned, the drawers in the bedside tables are very dirty.
