I was interviewed by this company. In the beginning, I talked with the head of the organization. I can't say anything bad, there were general questions (acquaintance), on some issues we made concessions already at the start (for example, a remote one).A quiet conversation.
Later, there was a technical interview. There were 2 specialists present. The questions were subtle and tricky. The most important thing is that there were competent questions. The interview was pleasant and calm...I would say homemade.
Summing up, I can say from the interview that I really liked it, because my weaknesses were highlighted. Problematic issues were also explained.
Of the advantages, I can say that I think the team is excellent in this company, the management also thinks that it is friendly (from communication).
The interview questions were excellent, let's say mundane (practical) and not some kind of McLaren series that is never used anywhere in e-commerce, etc. People approached the issue responsibly.
But there are also unpleasant moments. This is the company's unknown. Having searched the Internet, I did not find any information.
I had to look for ex-employees in LinkedIn and find out through them (they responded positively).
As a result, summing up, I can say that the company will be at least interesting for people who want to develop. And the projects that were announced are quite large and with interesting tasks.
