In general, everything is fine, but there is still a feeling of old age of the building in this hotel. Helpful staff, the rooms are neat, the halls are not worn out. But the food in the hotel is certainly for an amateur.
I spent a day in this hotel with my colleagues, returning to my homeland. The hotel deserves an excellent rating, although there are shortcomings, which I will write about below, but I did not lower the rating for them. The hotel is not new, so you need to understand that the interiors of the rooms and their technical equipment may have some wear and tear. The network preaches the rejection of disposable plastic items. Therefore, the water in the rooms is supplied in glass bottles with rubber stoppers, but sealed. The same water is served in restaurants. A wooden comb and a toothbrush made of the same material are at the disposal of the resident. The interior of the room is shown in the attached photos. As usual, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, dishes, kettle, safe are available. The TV is large, with cable TV. There is a claim to the latter - despite the presence of about 1000 channels or even more, now there is only one channel with Western films, although there used to be about 5 channels. There was also a modest selection of non-Indian news channels, while Alhazeera was absent and RT did not show periodically. The room was also dismantled by previous tenants, but the maids did not replenish it - there was no soap dish, bottle opener, floor scales - this is what I found out in conversations with colleagues who had it. Wi-Fi was also slowing down, plus they turned it off an hour before handing over the keys at the check-out. The staff is responsive - they will bring luggage and shopping bags, and they can clean at any time upon request. The central hall is generally a work of art - the ceiling mural was created for 4 years. Sculptures and paintings with explanatory signs are also displayed throughout the hotel. The territory of the first floor of the hotel is large - a large banquet hall, a bar, several restaurants, shopping lines, beauty salons. There is also a fitness center and a spa in the basement. You can get lost. The pool is open, but access to it is only by the key of the resident. Meals at the Pavilion restaurant can be included in the price - breakfast and dinner according to the buffet system, lunch according to the menu system. The menu is now contactless - you need to scan the QR code and download it to your smartphone. In general, you can eat a la carte at the Pavilion throughout the day. In the era of viral restrictions, the breakfast buffet is also organized in rooftop restaurants, the choice of dishes is the same. By the way, I really liked the food. Only....these are very uncomfortable ice cream paddles, as if they were specially made so that the overlayer would suffer and gain less as a result. By the way, from the rooftop restaurants you can go out into the open air and explore the surroundings. In general, it is impossible to describe everything, the hotel caused so many emotions. I definitely recommend it.
