I brought a laptop. To replace the connector and did not turn on. They said they'd call back in a couple of days. As a result, it took 3 weeks without a call, I called myself. They haven't done it yet (they haven't even taken it) . A week later , the connector was soldered . They offered to reinstall Windows because the old one was screwed up. They called back a couple of days later and said it was ready and said that the speaker was wheezing just near the connector that was being changed. Although it worked fine before the repair. When checked, it turned out to be severely corrupted and interrupts even a good one. So don't bother listening to anything. The housing fasteners were broken. We screwed in different bolts. The lid was scratched, it feels like it was done not on the table but on the floor. It's an ugly job.I called the workshop and was told I'm sorry, it's not our fault. Everything is fine there.

There was a malfunction with charging the phone, they tested it in another workshop and despite the fact that for some reason their phone was charging, they inflated a non-existent problem with noodles and billed 100 rubles for repairs.
I went to these guys, they tried, their charging went too, cleaned the contacts a little, but they didn't take money and hang noodles, as in Dixie, I would have put a sixth star for it if I had! Thanks!

well done. We were saved in a difficult situation with the phone screen. A gap for luck, since I was here for the first time, but in the end it turned out to be a decent organization, a human approach without pathos and noodles on the ears. At first, there was a slight misunderstanding (either on my part or reporting information from them. I was expecting that everything would be thrown right away and only my order would be made, but we must remember that there is a flow of orders). I was worried, I tormented myself a little with questions in the chat, but I was very glad when they coped and did not cheat on the repair.
