The chats take a very long time to answer, it is difficult to get through, working off missed classes is as inconvenient as possible. In terms of money refunds, you can forget altogether, they recalculate everything in their favor, plus incomprehensible commissions to the bank that I only encountered with them. I tried to call for 2 days during working hours on all the specified bodies in order to arrange a child in a group - no one except the robot answered, did not call back. People clearly have no interest in working.
