I came to print a pdf file on 11 A4 sheets with a print request, which is absolutely doable, all the dots were printed without problems before, but the girl could not print on Skryganov.
She tried to adjust something, it didn't work, then I was asked to print an A4 sheet in A3 format to match the dimensions, but I came for A4 format. Then she said she couldn't print it out.
Before that, at another point, the Itmark was printing and everything was fine.
As a result, the service was not provided, I did not get to other printing centers as it was the end of the day.
Please take measures and take into account the competence of the employee in this service sector!
