The food is delicious, the portions are good, the place is interesting, spacious, the interior is beautiful, elegant, the view from the terrace to the city is magnificent, the terrace itself is beautifully decorated, cozy ... but the staff, to put it mildly, surprised. The stone faces of the two waiters - the waiter guy and the girl from the bar, not a word, not a smile, so inhospitable, as if we came to their house uninvited and demanded free food🤦🏼♀️ We were not met, we were not escorted, we sat down ourselves, we had to go ask for the menu - no one was in a hurry to offer us a menu... we ordered a ready-made sandwich and apple pie, and three dishes to order, water... the waiter brought water 15 minutes after ordering, dropped the bottle on the table, poured over the guests, the table, our things - and he didn't even apologize. With a stone face, another bottle was brought, the table was wiped after 5 minutes, the floor was wiped with water after 10 minutes. All this was done slowly, reluctantly, with a stony face. Not a word of apology for the whole process... For the ordered sandwich, which was also ready in advance and lay on the window, I had to run and ask for it to be brought faster. It was fundamentally faster for us (the younger brother was very hungry), so we took a ready-made sandwich, which eventually arrived only after 20 minutes… I understand, probably, the waiter wanted to observe etiquette and take out the food to all the guests at the same time, but then you need to ask how the guests want to serve the dishes: as the dishes are being prepared or all at the same time (in decent establishments they ask that)….Also, without waiting for the waiter, I had to get up and ask to bring my ready-made apple pie (from the showcase). To which the waiter asked perplexedly: "Are you going to eat it now?" I was even confused by such a question🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️... and the second bottle of water, and the bill also had to get up and go to ask ...sooooo slow service ... the bill was brought earlier than the second bottle of water, although 2 bottles of water were already indicated in the bill ... I had to ask for water again ...unobtrusive service, from the word "completely absent". Cafe manager, pay attention to this review. We have been to this institution many times before, everything was fine with the service, we are very surprised by this attitude today.

A cozy and conveniently located meeting place with Tbilisi friends. Beautiful interior, charming view of the city.
There is a good selection of desserts, and even I, who excluded sugar and flour, got a gastronomic pleasure - yogurt with honey and nuts.
The cafe serves dishes that are prepared in the hotel opposite, so you should only take sandwiches (it looks beautiful). My pumpkin salad was too cold. But once again, the specialty of this cafe is not the kitchen, but the view, interior, atmosphere and location. Friendly, attentive, positive staff).

The food is cozy and delicious here. We ate poke and salad. There are no photos, but the portions are large and fully match the photos on the menu. They cook quickly. Everything is very tasty and fresh, I liked the desserts and coffee. Beautiful view of the city.

It is a very beautiful place, in summer the room had a comfortable temperature. Very tasty cold coffee, good food. Special thanks to the staff, who always smiled, quickly brought orders, the only thing was that dirty dishes were removed from the table only 1 time per evening. There were fresh flowers on the tables, which made me a little happy

A beautiful place when you want to take a break from Georgian cuisine is the most delicious and the portions are large. I didn't really like the service: dessert was brought before the main course, then two hot dishes were brought at the same time, respectively, while I ate the first, the second was already cold, dirty dishes were rarely cleaned, the bill was not brought, I had to go for it myself.

If you are sitting on the terrace, be prepared that it is simply unrealistic to smoke there (non-smoking is not an option at all!
+ there is a persistent smell of ammonia on the terrace.

A very cool place, as far as I understand, belongs to the Radisson Hotel, which is located nearby. Beautiful interior, beautiful view of the city! And very tasty food and drinks! The portions are large, as in general in Georgia. I recommend chicken poke, chicken roll and avocado toast, but the rest too👍
