The hotel does not match its stars. We came as a delegation on a business trip. The room smelled very badly of sewage. Towels were not changed, bathrobes were not brought. There was no cleaning in the room twice. It feels like we didn't live in an eco-hotel, but on an eco-farm. They asked to move to another room, they said that there were no rooms. However, the very friendly staff at the restaurant, especially I would like to mention the woman who cooked the omelet. Always with a smile, very polite and kind.
The staff is very friendly, everyone is ready to help, customer orientation pleased. I didn't like the restaurant and cafe in the hotel. Normally only in the breakfast format. Events are constantly held in the restaurant, it's not very convenient to just go in to eat during the day. And expensive. The rooms are cozy, interesting design, linen and towels are good, clean. But the quality of the repair itself caused a smile - the finishers messed up a lot, especially with laying tiles in the bathroom. The spa center is small, the pool is warm, towels are provided, there is a sauna and massage. The location of the hotel is not very convenient, there are no places to walk or eat nearby, you either have to walk 15 minutes towards Central Park or go to the center. In general, I liked it, I can recommend it for mobile tourists who do not care that the tourist infrastructure is right next to the hotel
I want to note right away that my review refers specifically to the hotel itself, not to the staff. The staff is very responsive, they always went to a meeting, helped with any question, lowered the stroller from the steps every time, opened the doors, helped with things when checking in and changing rooms, any request was fulfilled with lightning speed! The question is for the managers. To begin with, they do not give a mattress for a crib (playpen), that is, the crib comes with an unstable and sinking bottom, like any playpen, I had to make a mattress with my own hands from a spare blanket. The linen for this crib was provided by an adult, that is, for a large bed, a pillow is also for an adult, a small child on it is as uncomfortable as possible. The rooms require renovation, shabby furniture, a sofa and a stained carpet. The first room we checked into had cracks in the windows, it was blowing and very cold - once, incredibly noisy - twice. Cars are constantly honking, the roof rattled from the wind, which the same windows overlook, the night was interesting, the technician said that "technically" everything was fine with them, they were closed, but as soon as we pressed them with our hands, both air and sound no longer pass. They moved to another room. By the way, both rooms are Deluxe. The furniture was shabby, the carpet and sofa were stained again, and there was just an unbearable stench of sewage from the toilet, which even with the door closed penetrated into the room. We were offered a refresher at the reception) breakfast is not a 5* hotel, about 2 and a half. Wi-Fi was constantly crashing. Even if the hotel had 2 stars, all these moments could be forgiven for the excellent work of the staff, but the hotel proudly has 5 stars, you check in and sincerely do not understand why?
The hotel pulls in a good 5k. The breakfasts are great. Sometimes there were 10 kinds of different fruits in the morning.
The spa area with the pool is good. Only a few deck chairs
A great place for accessibility to everything ... wherever we go everywhere by taxi up to 15 minutes in any direction. The staff is helpful, they helped us with everything.
We visited Baku and stayed in a wonderful hotel. Kind and friendly staff, convenient location, delightful interior, clean pool, saunas, very concise and delicious breakfasts.
We will definitely come again
The hotel is located in the center of Baku, everything is within walking distance! The rooms are modern, clean, cozy! The hotel has a good spa, a warm pool, a variety of delicious breakfasts! The restaurant is wonderful, they cook quickly, serve beautifully! I recommend it!!!
A great hotel, stayed with children - the staff is very responsive, brought an extra cot without question, delicious breakfasts and a wonderful warm pool with three different saunas nearby. I highly recommend it!
Unfortunately, the hotel does not pull five stars. The staff is friendly, but poorly trained. Breakfasts are monotonous and do not differ in the richness of the assortment. The hotel was chosen as a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle, in fact, the garden and silence were not found, windows with poor noise insulation, with the windows closed, you can hear a car sneaking along the gravel 100 meters from the hotel. You can hear people talking in the room next door.
The toilet smelled of sewage in the evenings!
During the five days of staying at the hotel, it was not possible to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, every evening the restaurant was closed for special service. In general, the hotel is still very far from five stars.
A good hotel, not close to the center (20-25 minutes on foot), but not so far away that it would be a problem. There is an elevator, audibility is only behind the door. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. They're making an omelet right in front of you. Fresh herbs and fresh salads complement the breakfast.
When we come to Baku, we settle only with them. BUT keep in mind that the staff mostly speaks English, a couple knows Russian. The hotel has a swimming pool that opens at 10. The breakfasts are hearty and varied.
A chic hotel. New, beautiful, with a fairly convenient location. The staff is very responsive. But, keep in mind that air conditioners do not work until May, this is a classic
A good hotel for your money, considering the distance to the center. The staff is polite, everything is fine. A little confused by the stains from some bright food (Indian?)in the rooms. Apparently, it is not possible to wash them.
The guys at the reception are very friendly, in the restaurant too. I didn't really like the spa, because the saunas didn't work, it was uncomfortable (perhaps because it was out of season).
Stayed here for 3 days. Disgusting. Of course it's not 5 stars. The usual 3 stars. The races were stuck on, and the carpets were stained with various doubtful origins. Breakfast here is generally a ridiculous misunderstanding: there were 2 types of cheap sausage and burnt scrambled eggs. FAILURE.

A good hotel and service, but there are a lot of Indians, they are ill-mannered.
