Gorgeous view- yes, exquisite presentation- yes, delicious- no.((( We lived in the Sheraton, we came here for lunch and dinner several times. Everything is very beautiful, but not tasty.((The rolls were not bad, but the breast was rubbery, the noodles were too salty and there was an unrealistic amount of oil. I understand that pan-Asian cuisine involves a lot of spices and sauce, but I have been to high-level restaurants with similar cuisine more than once, there is no comparison. I also want to pay attention to the service - so unhurried that I probably have not seen this.) It seems that the hall is empty, and you wait 10 minutes for the menu, then wait 15 minutes for someone to come up to you and take the order. In general, the service definitely needs to be worked on. But once for the sake of this amazing view of the mountains, it's worth a visit.)

The view is beautiful. Sushi is delicious. The signature cocktails are delicious. But everything is 30 percent more expensive than in many other places. At the next table, a guy was proposing to a girl, and across the table was a foreigner with a girl with a low social status. A vinaigrette from the audience. The bill included 15% for the service.

The interior and the view from the terrace are wonderful. However, the hookah disappointed — it is expensive, the choice of tobacco is limited to only a few fruit options, and the hookah is clearly inexperienced. When the coals were changed, we were told that the hookah was designed for five coals, and refused to leave three coals after replacement. With a hookah price of 3.5k, this seems like an extremely stingy approach.

It's worth going. I haven't seen it better in Bishkek.
The view is fascinating, especially at night. On the 22nd floor there is a main restaurant, on the 23rd there is a veranda with the opportunity to smoke a hookah. It was right that the hookah was not allowed down. The price tag is Moscow, cocktails at 800 rubles, hot dishes 1000-1500 rubles. Snacks 500-700. We got to the calm live music, the performance was pleasant, as well as the acoustic accompaniment.

We are frequent guests, including in Michelin restaurants. This place claims to be one of the best in the city, but collectively it is a complete fiasco and disgusting service, the price is 4 times too high and it is not clear why??? Among the undeniable advantages are the view, the interior and the hookah. To begin with, our order was taken by 4 different waiters, each of them asked the same thing. When we were approached for the 4th time, it was the receptionist who said that the kitchen might not be working anymore. Although it was specifically clarified before her that the kitchen was working. Next, water was brought to us and then one of the waiters decided to grab the bottle from my hands and pour it into another glass. Who snatches anything out of a guest 's hands anyway??? Then the most interesting thing, he decided it was not clear why he should pour my water into another glass while doing this overhang and spilled some of the water on my girlfriend's Gucci skirt and smiled in response to my remark that you can't serve like that. Now about the kitchen. Portions of 4 rolls what is it??)) There are at least 6, 8, 10 or even 12 of them everywhere. The taste is completely ordinary as in any Japanese restaurant in the city. The serving is ordinary, the ingredients are ordinary. Oh, and in the end, you will also get 2% interest added to the tax bill. Okay, 15% tips are included everywhere. But what else is a 2% tax?) A tax for disgusting, service, spoiled personal items, mediocre cuisine or for what? In general, you can only come for a view and drinks and a hookah. The main thing is to dress very modestly))).
