I have visited your institution several times and each time I come across the fact that the waiting time is 50 minutes. Although I understand that there are circumstances that affect the duration of cooking, such a long period of time is unacceptable to me. Because of this, I am increasingly forced to refuse to buy your products, despite the fact that I like them.
It upsets me that this situation repeats itself every time I visit, and I cannot plan my visit to your institution, given the long waiting time. This greatly reduces my desire to contact you again, and, unfortunately, I have to look for alternatives.
I ask you to pay attention to the problem with long waits and take measures to improve the efficiency of service. I hope that you will be able to improve the service in order to regain the loyalty of regular customers.
"We don't cook shawarma, the meat is fried, come back in 1.5 hours" - that's the answer I received on Saturday at 11 a.m. The working hours are from 10:00.
I don't really want to wait for an order for 40 minutes.
An ordinary eatery near the road, where people want to quickly run in and have a snack, and not stand for half a day waiting for a simple shawarma.
The reviews in Google maps are quite justified. Everyone gives 1 star and quite rightly so
There used to be a good shawarma. Over time, the quality has become worse. Customers take it out of habit, but I tried it myself, and I talked to regular customers, the quality became worse. Take a note. Moreover, the competition is not dormant
The best shawarma in the city , I tried all the shawarma , I concluded that our kebab has no competitors, the staff is kind, the wait is sometimes long , but there are a lot of orders , so there is nothing wrong
Good service, good location, a big plus is that you can place an order here by phone, then come and pick it up without waiting in line. The prices are a bit high.

Just a good shawarma. For a simple snack, that's what you need. The only bad thing is that they often have a high load and it doesn't always work out to just come and place an order

The price segment is average, but shawarma is not worth the money.
The meat is undercooked, the vegetables don't feel fresh, and the pita bread itself feels like rubber.
We were very unhappy, we do not recommend it!!!
So-so. They took it once - it was delicious. They took it yesterday -not very much. The meat pieces are large and greasy, the sauce is not tasty. The aftertaste is so-so. The desire to buy again is not there
Friends advised. To be honest, nothing special, but not bad either. There is one but... The first time we were offered to wait for an hour and 30 minutes, of course not. The second time we were told that we would have to wait 1 hour. Ordered. Honestly, it's delicious, not perfect, but of course it's not worth such a long wait. The expectation did not justify the reality.
I work at 11, and at 8.30 they already said no meat!

We were passing through, we decided to take mushroom and curry boom. Mushroom with a very delicate sauce, and curry boom with pineapple with an incredible sauce. An unrealistically large amount of meat is admired, you will not find such a thing in Minsk

The question to the cheese is why the cheese just lies in a slice and is not melted, maybe I don't understand something, but it is so.
The standard one is a bit sour on the whole for an amateur. There is nothing more to say, you can eat and it's already good.(no side effects were found) ^except for the Mexican one, it is clear why ^
