Hello everyone, I wanted to leave a more detailed review.We rested in room 403 (July 22 to July 29 )I want to say the room is quite new, there is everything necessary for living, cleaning is done every day (of course the girls are great, they always ask you not to clean) in general, everything is always clean and tidy in the whole complex.Of course, I want to mention honey.the staff, namely: Lena, Julia,Julia,Vladimir,Boris -the guys are just great ,very polite, tactful, they will always be interested in everything, they will find an approach to everyone, just the masters of their craft with a capital letter! I also want to mention the kitchen staff : the food is varied, tasty, healthy (we didn't even have time to get hungry)It 's quite satisfying , well done ! There were a few problems with the TVs , they couldn't set it up , and my iron (for hair) brokeVasily did a great job, he made me an iron, set up the TV, explained how and where to press, so that we could cope on our own! Of course, I want to mention the beautiful woman-manager Larisa Arkadyevna:a person who really loves and appreciates his work , most importantly cares about vacationers ,always ask everything: how are you , what is needed , is everything okay , maybe something needs to be done , etc. , you can always contact any question ,a person who cares about people's rest,does everything that people would like We were satisfied .Everything is also constantly organized in terms of leisure:field trips,recreation,evening around the campfire ,disco ,intellectual games I think that the people who work here are the ones who should work, just people of their business .Guys, well done straight 👍I really liked everything, I will definitely come back here,a sense of comfort and a homely atmosphere are created.Greetings from Lena and Alyona, from Ust-Kamenogorsk 😘
