Private beach, golf course, stable.. there are two lakes on the territory, you can safely run 3-4 km and immediately into the sea ... good cuisine, rather European, there is no abundance of seafood, but the meat is great ... there is a swimming pool, there will be a second one soon.. far from the center, but if there is a car, it's not a problem

Excellent hotel, excellent cuisine, service corresponds to 5 stars, but the main thing is the views of the sea, yachts, swimming pools and a huge green area. Everywhere you can get a buggy without problems, to huge shops - free shuttles. Plus- activities for children and a kids' club. There is a Russian-speaking staff.

The hotel has deteriorated, the British have occupied, the brazen occupy other people's sunbeds on the beach, the food is relatively normal, but compared to others, the choice is small.The territory is excellent.The sea with the dumping of Palm Trees has become not very good, the industrial zone in one word.The rooms are small, but enough for two.The staff is poorly trained, especially at the reception, some interns do not know and do not know how to use the software.

I really liked the hotel! Yes, it is not located in the city center, far from the shops, but this has its advantages. The territory is large, well-groomed, lots of greenery. Excellent service, the food is just super! The hotel itself is not new, but at the same time it is very clean, serviced.

Were in April 2023. The hotel is beautiful, new, high noise insulation, excellent food, polite staff, service at the level, water daily in the room, bathrobes, slippers, change on demand, the territory is generally like a garden, peacocks, roe deer live, but: they do not clean the sea from algae, so it is simply impossible to swim! This is a big minus of the hotel.

The hotel is away from the hangout of Dubai. It's expensive to take a taxi, you won't get into the city. What I liked was the spa on elemis cosmetics, the pool and delicious breakfasts, the rooms are clean. I didn't like the beach, some dirty water and nearby traces of endless construction, something is being repaired, sawed, noise and uproar. In general, the rest is normal, but not chic.

I liked everything: service, pleasant food, up to a certain hour there is a Russian speaker in the lobby, from whom you can clarify all the nuances, if necessary, request a printout of your expenses. The rooms have a stone, ice floor, their feet were freezing, they wore sneakers. The buffet is ordinary, not hungry, but not Egyptian abundance. Beautiful sand on the beach, an unfinished palm tree can be seen from the beach. Large well-groomed territory. Peacocks are free-range! Wifi is normal, but right on the beach it takes not sure. The view from the beach is controversial on the port, and an unfinished palm tree. The water is clean, the sand is normal. Access to the beach is direct, convenient. There is a motocross track nearby. Meals are served either at the Beach or at the Lake Hotel. Lake has a cool roof terrace with a bar and good music ;)

Whenever we visit the UAE, we stay here.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
The main plus is the huge territory of the hotel with peacocks, you can walk in the evening. The beach is very close.
Great food, dinner is just chic.
The staff was also pleased.
