But, as soon as you get out of the transfer, you are immediately met by polite and courteous staff. The accommodation was overlooking the desert, but we paid a very small extra.A pool view was offered for a fee. The territory is large, green, and beautiful. The food is very decent and varied. Those who say that the food is not tasty and monotonous are not telling the truth. Everything was in abundance: soups, meat,chicken,duck,fish, kebabs, oysters, seafood, vegetables, fruits, several types of cheeses, a variety of confectionery products. There is a delicious Arabic coffee with dates and a refreshing drink in the lobby. A hotel for a calm, relaxing holiday, without fuss and discos, with a large green area, golf courses, peacocks and antelopes, and beautifully singing birds. A buggy ride is organized to the bay. We returned to this hotel after 1.5 years with the children and did not regret it at all, special thanks to the wonderful girl at the reception, Jean, who made our stay wonderful. The beach is very large, there was enough space for everyone, everyone cleans the coastline. There are tennis courts, golf, horseback riding, volleyball on the beach, and water activities on the territory. There are restaurants on site, delicious. There are shops in the hotel, with beach accessories, hygiene products, some medicines on sale. I would like to have better WiFi on site. We checked into the room before the official check-in, at 9 a.m., but we could not arrange a late check-out, because there was a full check-in. One of the missed dinners (breakfast + dinner) was postponed to the day of departure and lunch was provided at the restaurant. It takes 30-50 minutes by taxi to the city center (depending on the trip). Cons - the industrial landscape around (especially if the room does not have a view of the golf course), the view from the beach is spoiled by an unfinished second Palm Tree (jabel Ali) - it seems the sheikh has allocated money and will soon begin to build, the proximity of the container terminal, the confusing food system in the restaurants of the Ja group hotels in this location (there are 3 of them!). You can have breakfast here...have lunch there....there is only within 150 dirhams, there is only with reservations, etc.

The territory is really large, electric cars run through the territory, you can drive to the sea. We have been staying at this hotel for the second year. I consider it one of the best hotels for a family holiday with a child in the UAE. The hotel is calm, quiet, the air is beautiful and Dubai is not far away. Large well-maintained area, good food, drinks. There is something for both adults and children to do.There are more (one) pools.The water park and slides are now for children of any age. Since last year, the staff has hardly changed, familiar faces, familiar smiles. There are new Russian speakers:pretty Camila at the reception is our lifesaver, always friendly and open. Jean is friendly and courteous in the restaurant.
The food has become more varied and tastier, although the chef is the same. Peacocks have understood life and come begging for food at tables on the street and by the pool. Roe deer (or who they are, I don't know for sure) are also active and are not afraid of people, but allow themselves to be considered-there are more of them.
There was no stand for the child to the washbasin.We had to turn the bucket over, well it's rectangular. There is no child seat for the toilet, they were taking it with them. These are such penny things....but for some reason they are not in the hotel.
But in general, as last year, we are very satisfied with both the hotel and the rest.
Minuses: textiles and furniture, furniture and dishes in the restaurant have aged, got dirty and are asking for a replacement.

The rooms are spacious, with all amenities, clean. Cleaning every day, water/tea/coffee and bathroom accessories are renewed.
The territory is clean, well-groomed, green. I run buggies all the time.
The food is the best! Meat, fish!!!, poultry for every taste and color :) side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts - there is everything and it's all DELICIOUS! I will separately mention sashimi and oysters.

Great hotel, rested with a 2-year-old child, large territory, lots of swimming pools, good food, clean and modern rooms , went to the sea on buggies that run every 5-10 minutes, the kid liked to ride them!)) there is a transfer to the Dubai Mall three times a day, but on the way he stops at two more shopping centers in total, the road takes a little more than an hour ...!)
Of the minuses for us:
the children's playroom is open until 6 pm only and at lunchtime there is a break for 2 or 3 hours (I forgot) (i.e. it can be left in the morning from 10 to 12 or from 15.00 to 18.00)!) it's paid and parents can't stay in it, it's like a mini garden)) we used it once, the child didn't want to leave there, he liked how the English garden was)) I don't remember the cost anymore, but it's not cheap) this playroom is more needed in the evening, because during the day the child swims in the sea and pools, but in the evening there is just no entertainment for children)
Well, the second minus is the distance from the center ...) a lot of places they wanted to go, but with a 2-year-old child, only the road takes about 3 hours back and forth, it's hard for him!) if we rested without it, it wouldn't be a problem at all)
The beach is nice, white sand, there is a construction site on the horizon on one side and an oil depot on the other ....))) the hotel is in the desert, but there is enough territory to walk around!)
In general, we do not regret that we went to this hotel, we rested very well, but we will not go to the same hotel yet))

Excellent fresh hotel, everything is in stone, several swimming pools, a beautiful well-thought-out territory, its own golf course, excellent beach, the staff speaks Russian, is polite. It is very far from the center and Dubai marina, but if you have a car, this is not a problem. When leaving, we saw a herd of wild roe deer near the hotel, they say they used to go straight into the territory, there was such a spontaneous petting zoo, but we did not find it. We visited this hotel on half board, they are fed to slaughter, everything is delicious and a wide variety of dishes.

The hotel is modern, clean, the rooms are just a delight, the Kazakh girl at the reception is very friendly and helped in everything. The pools and grounds leave a good impression. Minus for the all-inclusive restaurant, the range is modest, not tasty. The waiters react badly, the children scream from all the tables.

Great hotel!!! I advise everyone, it's been 7 days, the food is delicious! The Bar Is On. They take you to the beach (5 minutes drive), 15 minutes on foot, the nature is beautiful. I played golf, the courses and holes are interesting! I advise everyone!!!
