Thank you for a nice vacation. We really liked the hotel.
Conveniently located. The rooms are cozy and clean. The service is good, the staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help and resolve any issue. I would especially like to mention the young man Zane Toknath, who cleaned our room. He not only kept order, but also created a good mood with friendly greetings and pleasant compliments in the form of swans from towels with rose petals, a bouquet on the table. It's very nice when people act according to a wise rule.: "Not withholding good from those who need it, when your hand has the power to do it." We wish you more grateful guests and prosperity.

Excellent location of the hotel, many interesting places can be reached on foot. We had a view of the Eye of Dubai. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. The food is varied and delicious. Always fruits and vegetables. Cleaning every day. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water. A huge bed with a great mattress and pillows. The staff is smiling and friendly!

Super location-100 meters from the sea and the beach. In fact, this is 1 line. There is a relatively cheap dinner (170 for two, 04.2025). There is a McDonald's near the entrance, and there are many restaurants along the beach. On the other side is the Marina embankment.that is, everything is within walking distance.
There is a spa, a private pool, and they also provide towels and a private beach area.

I was very glad that I stayed at this hotel!
We stopped by for 1 day with the family, it was full of activity: the first day I went straight to the gym, worked out and was glad to fill it!
In the evening there was a festive dinner (seafood) dedicated to Valentine's Day! A buffet with a large selection of different salads, appetizers, grilled fish and themed delicious desserts.
The next day we went to the gym with my son, then went to the sauna and Jacuzzi! It is convenient to have a spa and massage in the hotel!
Then we went to look around and take a walk before leaving after a very rich and delicious breakfast! Near the beach and just all possible cafes and restaurants. I really liked it, we will definitely come back again!

My favorite hotel in Dubai and on JBR. I stayed there for a week with my daughter. Great unobtrusive atmosphere! EVERYTHING is provided! The breakfasts are very tasty - a buffet! You can see the most action packed jbr, close to shops, the beach, and a view of the m wheel. Gym. Swimming pool. Very friendly staff 💝 I 'll stay there another time 💁🏼♀️

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the sea and at the same time not far from the metro, which greatly facilitates travel! It's a great hotel. The location is awesome. The beach is 1 minute away, all the windows overlook the ocean and the views are fantastic. There was also a lot of movement nearby, I went out on the balcony and was happy every time. 😍 cool pool, although in the morning it seems to be in the shade. The breakfasts are good, very cozy and it smells delicious everywhere. I would have come back.

I can rate our vacation at JA OCEAN VIEW on the highest satisfaction scale. It was convenient, comfortable, and delicious for us. Separately, we can note the goodwill and proactivity of the staff in the desire to make our vacation as best as possible. As in any business related to people, it is not possible to foresee everything, and from time to time abnormal situations arose that required intervention. The hotel's approach in both our cases was timely, high-quality and only in our favor. We were really able to feel welcome.
The undoubted advantages: first line, 4 minutes to the sea, towels and umbrellas provided when going to the beach, excellent staff, pool in the shade (you can sunbathe on the beach)

The hotel is very friendly in terms of convenient location, services, and comfort. The food is quite tasty and varied. Now a little more detail:
The hotel is opposite Bluewaters Island, which has a cool walking area with shops and restaurants (I liked SHI with Japanese cuisine).
It also has a huge Ferris wheel, illuminated at night with different lights, and visible from all the windows of the hotel. You can get to the island slowly by walking along the picturesque bridge with stunning views.
Also from the hotel you go out to the promenade along the waterfront, with boutiques and restaurants.
Nearby grocery Carrefour and others. The metro is 10 minutes on foot. Dubai Marina Mall is a 20-minute stroll along the beautiful canal with yachts and pleasure boats, where you can go to the Duty Free and buy good alcohol (if relevant).
In fact, there is direct access to the beach from the outdoor pool by elevator. When leaving, they give you an umbrella, a towel and a comfortable beach bag. JBR beach with a view of the wheel and palm tree.
A choice of rooms for every taste and budget. When choosing, it must be remembered that the larger the room and, accordingly, the window, the more external sounds get inside, and in the evenings and at night the local public likes to make noise and honk, showing off their cool cars. You get used to the word very quickly.
Overall, a great hotel!
For me, the only downside was sometimes the city noise from the window, but you come late and there's no time to listen to it..😉

In my opinion, this hotel has the best location for combining a beach holiday and accessibility to other types of movement around the city, for example Marina pier, metro within walking distance. The beach is 7-10 minutes away, depending on the air temperature. There is a private pool.
All rooms overlook the sea, each room is equipped with a balcony - this is a plus.
Staff: qualified, courteous and responsible, very competent and kind. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
The food is excellent, varied with a huge selection and themed evenings. I really liked the seating of the guests, not independent, but by the staff themselves.
The hotel and staff are constantly in touch with the guests, its friendliness is boundless.

Lived from November 22 to December 1, 2024. We were accommodated on the 19th floor with a good view of the Persian Gulf, the eye of Dubai, and a partial view of the Palm Tree, for which thanks to Ross. There are no complaints at all , no complaints ! The rooms are large and clean, the pastel linen is super, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. All rooms have balconies overlooking the bay. The restaurant is great, the food is delicious. The price and quality are very consistent!!!

The beach is 5 minutes away.
It is located in the Marina district. This is a large island for recreation, where a lot of recreation is concentrated for a relaxing family holiday.
Expensive malls are adjacent to semi-underground stores of "brands". Supermarkets and shops "at the entrance". Everyone will like it.
The hotel is expensive, but now it is cheaper to go to Dubai than to Turkey, which has the same quality of rest.

If there is anything else to be surprised about, then this is definitely Dubai! The Marina area is great and it is best to choose a small hotel (so as not to queue for breakfast). The Sheraton fits perfectly, there are few people there, and its own beach and a lot of different useful infrastructure. Besides, everything is nearby. We were in January, the sea is warm, the weather is moderate with a temperature range from 16 in the evening to 27 in the afternoon. The excursions are all interesting, starting from sightseeing, ending in Abu Dhabi. I liked both the mosque and the presidential palace there. Powerful and majestic! Well done!

A chic hotel, I rested in it from 30.05-06.06.24. I want to mention the chic cuisine at breakfast. You guys are 10 out of 5!!!! I felt like a princess - I will remember your attention and smiles forever. The chef is the best!!! The products are fresh and of the highest quality. I know a lot about food and it's just top!!! At the reception (unfortunately I do not remember the name of the guy handsome, tall, brunette) It's just a kind wizard!!! He will solve your problem quickly and professionally!
