I'll start with the pros:
1. Excellent location: 10min to m.Molodezhnaya and 15min to Korona shopping center. There are 1-3 metro stations to any of the city's attractions.
2. Excellent Wi-Fi in the room.
3. In the lobby between the rooms there is a vending machine with coffee, tea and even something like cereal with milk you can buy.
4. Parking in the courtyard is large, the entrance is through a barrier. It opens by calling the owner.
5. You can access YouTube on TV and find any movie to watch.
Now the cons:
1. The sockets near the bed did not work. We lived as a family with a child, and it was extremely inconvenient to throw charging phones all over the floor.
2. Since it was stated that the apartment has a Jacuzzi and there was an emphasis on this everywhere, of course we paid attention to this bonus. BUT the jacuzzi WASN'T working! When contacting the administrator on the fourth call, he nevertheless came to check it and said that he needed to call the master for repairs. Before that, I was stalling and gave different instructions each time what to press, etc. Also, as a possible reason, it was mentioned that we turn on the Jacuzzi after 22h, and this is forbidden because of the noise). It seemed that he already knew about the breakdown and deliberately did not inform us about it when checking in, as well as about the non-working sockets. Unfortunately, he did not respond to our request to compensate us for the lack of the promised Jacuzzi, and we no longer had time to wait for repairs.
3. There is very little space in the room, there is no closet in the hallway connected to the kitchenette. The table is near the front door right in the hallway. One person may be comfortable, but not the family. There is no stove or hob, just some kind of electric stove lying in the table.
4. The bathroom sink is tiny, I've never seen it like this before, it's inconvenient even to wash my hands. There is no heated towel rail.

I'll start with the pros:fast Wi-Fi,beautiful view from the window and good location from the metro and shopping center. That's all. The person who was engaged in the settlement is very unfriendly, left his contact in whatsapp in case of questions that were successfully ignored. The amount at the time of booking and which I paid was different, and it wasn't the exchange rate, the difference was significant. I asked to be checked in early, somehow it was possible, although the time was postponed due to cleaning. But as such, I did not see any cleaning, dust on the bedside table, stains on the toilet, and all this was voiced and successfully ignored. The bed linen was in a separate bag, but at least it was clean. Of the bathroom amenities, only soap and toilet paper (judging by other reviews, I was lucky enough to have it!). I was also finished off by the fact that I went to bed from the road and woke up from a knock on the door, realized that it was being opened from the outside, and this man who rented the room came in, under the pretext of looking for charging from previous tenants. I don't know who it is, it's strange for me, I could have called before breaking in.

Я останавливалась в этих апартаментах в Минске и была приятно удивлена уровнем комфорта. Апартаменты были уютными, чистыми и оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Это было идеальное место для отдыха и работы на протяжении всего моего пребывания.
Что меня действительно поразило - это прекрасный сервис и внимание к деталям. Конечно же, самым изысканным удовольствием было наличие джакузи. Это было идеальным способом расслабиться после долгого рабочего дня или просто насладиться отдыхом в конце дня.
В целом, я бы с уверенностью рекомендовала эти апартаменты в Минске для всех, кто ищет комфортное место проживания.

The apartment I stayed in was spacious and very cozy. It had a large and comfortable bed, as well as all the necessary equipment, including air conditioning, TV and mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a well-functioning shower and hot water. And I really liked the food that they delivered right to the room.

Я остался очень доволен пребыванием в Jacuzzi Smart ApartHotel! Уютные номера, чистота и комфорт создают идеальную атмосферу для отдыха. А главное - наличие джакузи в номере, которое дарит незабываемые впечатления и расслабление после насыщенного дня. Спасибо за отличный сервис и приятный отдых!
Рядом с ним находятся магазины, что и является очень удобным.

Недавно я проживала в этих апартаментах. Помещение меня удивило. В апартаментах есть все необходимая. А местоположение отеля очень удобное:рядом есть метро,много магазинов и хороший вид из окна. Особенно мне понравилось джакузи с отличным видом из панорамных окон! Обстановка в этом месте отличная. Красивый дизайн ,приятный для глаз. Цена за помещение оправдывается. Советую это местечко

We checked in 2 hours earlier, thanks. All the problems are in the little things (. In 5 days they have never been cleaned. There is only one stool:(.There are no soap accessories. I had to go straight to the store. The bed is washed but already tired. There is no shoe spoon. There is no on-air television or they have not explained how to turn it on. Smart only. The hot tub didn't work or they didn't explain how to use it. Upon check-in, the person gave the keys, bed linen and told where to hang the keys at check-out. Yes, there is no sound insulation.

Fortunately, I wasn't trapped at all. When booking on the website, payment is indicated upon check-in, but with the entry of bank card details.
Three days before arrival in Minsk, the reservation is withdrawn independently, without warning! I found the phone numbers on the website where I contacted them...extremely rude attitude, even according to Watsapp.
They explained the cancellation of the reservation, allegedly by the fact that there is no money on the card!!!! On what basis, without warning, they got on the card (although of course it was money) ...
When asked if I could hope to check in, I was told to look for another hotel!
Well, I didn't regret that the reservation was cancelled!
Everything that is being done is for the best!
If there was an opportunity, I would give -- 10 stars for their customer focus!!!

About everything is terrible, starting with the fact that the apartment cost 9100 instead of 7k, for a room in an apartment with its own toilet and Jacuzzi (!), payment is not by card, but by transfer to the type that shows apartments, wires from a conduit sticking out of the wall, which is not there. There is no washing machine (for me it was an important point), the refrigerator is only on the common area, there is no personal in the room (as indicated). The room is not like that at all, completely. The Jacuzzi is leaking, there is no mirror in the room (not counting the dark mirrored door), there is no shower gel, no shampoo, nothing (!) and they do not warn about it. The towels are small, you will put on the bed linen yourself (for 9k🤡). The type that shows the apartments says "write if anything" and ignores🤡, the walls are cardboard, there is no plate.

Апартаменты превзошли наши ожидания роскошными удобствами и отличным сервисом. Джакузи было изюминкой нашего пребывания, обеспечивая расслабляющий и приятный опыт. Комната была просторная, чистая и удобная. Хозяин был дружелюбным и любезным, что заставляло нас чувствовать себя желанными гостями на протяжении всего нашего пребывания. Очень понравилось съёмное посещение! Всё достаточно чисто и аккуратно. Кухня довольно уютная, спальня аккуратная, везде прибрано. По близости большое количество магазинов. Ещё гостиница расположена рядом с метро, что достаточно удобно. Всем, кому потребуется, рекомендую именно эту гостиницу!!!

Заехала на несколько дней в Минск и не пожалела, что остановилась именно в этом отеле. Прекрасный персонал, в номере чисто. Приятно удивило, что есть кухня в номере, телевизор. Джакузи-это что-то нечто, чтобы расслабиться самое то. Сам отель расположен очень удобно, рядом есть метро, аптека, магазины. Всем советую данный отель, не пожалеете.

Спасибо за отличный номер. Все чисто и персонал замечательный. Я хочу отметить то, что все доброжелательные и вежливые, поэтому создаётся ощущение хорошего отдыха и хорошего настроения . Была приятно удивлена этими апартаментами и обслуживанием. Очень чисто, уютно и доброжелательно. Отдельный респект джакузи, очень расслабляет. Очень удобно, что есть собственная кухня, различные магазины и метро рядом.
Всем советую, если хотите отдохнуть.

Хорошая гостиница в Минске. Обслуживание на высоте, внутри уютно и чисто. Меня порадовало то, что есть джакузи, где можно расслабиться после тяжелого дня. Цены низкие, так что каждый сможет позволить себе такие апартаменты. Определённо советую!
