A very nice neat boutique hotel in the very center of historical Bukhara! A very beautiful atmospheric place. Nearby are all the most interesting sights of ancient Bukhara and ancient shopping malls where you can buy souvenirs and beautiful outfits. The rooms are very beautifully decorated, with all amenities and delicious breakfasts. The owners of the hotel are very friendly hosts and very attentive to their guests! We will definitely advise our friends to stay in this wonderful place!
I stayed here in February. The room was quite warm, and the bathroom had underfloor heating. There was a small ledge above the bed directly above my head, and I beat against it a hundred times when I was spinning in my sleep. The kettle was old and broken, with a burnt-out heating indicator button. It was scary to boil it, but in the end it didn't explode. The TV is not smart, so what good is it?
The breakfast is standard hotel, like everywhere else. It was very cold in the dining room and the window was still open.

Who wrote the previous reviews, why are you so misleading?
It is dirty both in the rooms and outside.
There is no place for things, I don't understand where to put them at all.
Well, the breakfast is very meager, and even if you come at 9 a.m., there is a chance that there will be no food left.
The staff wakes up at 7:30 and is too excited about this day. Stormy, long and loud, so that it would be audible in all rooms. And I really wanted to get some sleep after checking in at night.
Noise isolation, as you understand, is completely absent.
The location is also the same, yes in the old town, but you have to wander through the alleys to get to the picturesque places and to the place where a taxi can pick you up. Perhaps this is a plus for someone, the alleys are really atmospheric, but it's difficult to walk there with suitcases.
We visited the hotel in October, very good impressions. Comfortable, clean, pleasant. The price is not too high. Everything a tourist needs is in the room. I liked the breakfast. The interior design stylishly emphasizes the historical impression. The staff is friendly, they will tell you everything you are interested in. The description and guest reviews met expectations. We keep a hotel in Irkutsk ourselves, we know. I recommend it!
A great place, I highly recommend it for a rest, the owner and his mother personally received us at the reception, we rested on August 17-24, slowly walked around the whole of Bukhara, had a great rest! In the morning there is always a great buffet, immaculate cleanliness of dishes, the rooms are cleaned in a timely manner, in general we are satisfied - the prices for accommodation are quite affordable. I liked everything very much!
Katta rahmat!
A cozy small private hotel. The hostess is friendly and adequate. The breakfasts are decent. The refrigerator is downstairs where the breakfast room is (and not in the room). The bathroom and toilet are in the room, there is water.
We stayed in early June. Excellent location - near the old town, the main attraction of Bukhara. Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful! Nice design, the rooms are clean. The staff is polite and friendly, pleasant interlocutors. Delicious breakfasts. If there is an opportunity to visit Bukhara again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again! I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is beautiful, everything is in the national style. The room is in good condition, the bathroom floor seems to be heated, although it was already cold on the second day. A toothbrush with a mini toothpaste and a small bottle of diluted shower gel. The administrator is kind and good. The breakfast is normal. View from the terrace on the third floor to the roofs of the old town. For such a low price for two nights, it's good, for a longer time it's better to look for a better and more expensive one.
The location of the hotel is good (in the old town) but the cost of accommodation does not correspond to the hotel.
The rooms are not cozy with old furniture and furnishings. Breakfasts are meager, instant coffee. The staff is kind-hearted, but it does not save.
For this money, hotels in Samarkand and Tashkent are much better.
I do not recommend the hotel, at least for this money.
A cozy hotel, clean, pleasant and hospitable managers. The room has snow-white sheets and towels, disposable slippers, bath accessories. The air conditioner compensated for hours of walking in the sun. Upon check-in, we were given a printout with all the sights, escorted to the first one, and given water for the road. Thanks!
A very nice family hotel. The rooms are insanely clean!!! The breakfasts are delicious and quite hearty. The location is good, in the center of the sights. I recommend it!
I liked the hotel very much, it was clean and cozy. The breakfasts are delicious. It is well located. The prices are comfortable. I recommend it to everyone.
Excellent hotel, 5 min walk and in the historical center, nice friendly hosts.

We walked around 3 hotels in the vicinity and realized that this one is the best. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very important to me, and especially a clean sheet and pillowcase. When we came in, the hosts met us, they were very good-natured and it was comfortable in the hotel right away. It was quiet, close to the center, the air conditioner was working and most importantly clean. The price is also nice. Thanks!!
