I recently spent a few days at Jahongir B&B and was absolutely delighted! The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the main attractions of the city, which makes it an ideal base for sightseeing trips.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds, which allowed me to have a good rest after a busy day.
The breakfast was delicious and varied, with local dishes, which added authenticity to my experience. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant and homely, which made my stay even more comfortable.
I definitely recommend Jahongir B&B to anyone planning a trip to Samarkand. This is a great place to enjoy the city and its culture!
A wonderful, very cozy hotel. I stayed with them twice. The atmosphere of the East is felt, the green courtyard is charming. The rooms are very clean, cleaned every day. The staff is attentive, happy to communicate, explain everything. We organized a wonderful tour with an excellent driver-guide! The breakfasts are ordinary, everything is there.
The location is convenient, close to the sights.
I was lucky to meet the owner of this hotel - an interesting person.
Great location, clean, large room, good breakfasts, friendly hosts. There is an ironing board.
You can leave your things after check-out and even just sit in the courtyard before the train, having tea on a tap.
I was unlucky that the card was not read when paying. I had to go to the ATM. But they didn't rush it, I withdrew the money when I had the opportunity.
Excellent hotel near the square.Registan! It is located on narrow streets in the old town and is itself in an oriental style with a beautiful courtyard garden. Immersion in east Samarkand is provided)! The staff is 5* , friendly, ready to tell and suggest everything. The breakfasts are good, and there was also a lot of fruit on offer
Wonderful atmosphere, helpful and kind staff. Delicious breakfast with excellent serving. Special thanks for the buffet. A beautiful courtyard with a national flavor
In a word, I recommend it!
We had a family vacation on 28.04-01.05.
1. Excellent location.
2. Clean and spacious room.
3. Polite staff.
4. Delicious breakfasts.
5. Comfortable mattress
6. Good shower, no problems with sewerage. Most importantly, there is water in the hotel when it is turned off throughout the city.
7. An additional plus is the recommendation of a super city guide.
A very authentic hotel that grew out of a small guest house.
Everything is decorated very comfortably and tastefully. At home.
If you want to visit a traditional Samarkand house, come here.
Polite staff, all linen and towels are clean, water and air conditioning without interruptions.
Good location: old town, to any attraction within 20 minutes on foot (except the Ulugbek Observatory), near delicious local cafes (historic and opposite a good kebab shop). Registan Square is 5 minutes away. The hotel has a traditional layout, clean, nice. The bed is comfortable, everything you need is in the room. The breakfasts are modest, but quite decent: something dairy, sausages, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sliced, fruit, pies, coffee machine. The sound insulation is not perfect, it's good that the place is removed from noisy streets. The staff is friendly
A very authentic guesthouse, with a national flavor and an excellent location. Good breakfasts. It's very cool to be in the yard. I will highlight the mattresses separately, cool and comfortable.
Great hotel! Clean, new, cozy. A very cozy courtyard. Beautiful! Caring administration. It's a beautiful neighborhood. There is a cafe with delicious cuisine nearby. I highly recommend it!
A modest guest house, though the price of a 4* hotel. But on the other hand, the staff is clean and very sincere, ready to help at any time, the breakfasts are like at home. The high price is dictated by the huge number of tourists 😢
I was here because of the Samarkand Marathon. We spent 2 nights, I'm happy with everything. Breakfast was made early especially on the day of the race. For two years in a row, I was in the neighboring Jahongir Premium, the difference is greater in the size of the rooms.
10 minutes from Registan. The location is very convenient
We were traveling from Tashkent. The hotel is amazing. The location is close to the Registon and in a quiet area. Breakfast in the morning is also delicious. I recommend it to everyone.
There are two Jahongirs: premium and non-premium. I was in the premium. The room is clean, the bed has an orthopedic mattress. The breakfasts are without frills, everything is edible. Public parking is available on the side of the street. The center of old Samarkand. Registan is a 5-minute walk away. Nearby there are local shops with tea, barbecue, pilaf, lagman. The staff is friendly. You can live. The disadvantage is that the audibility in the room was somewhat excessive.
A very cozy hotel with wonderful relaxation areas in a courtyard covered with grapes. Delicious breakfasts for different requests. Clean, cleaned daily. The hotel is a 7-minute walk from the lively Registan, in a quiet side street. There are shops and cafes nearby. We thank the host of Zafar for his hospitality and assistance with any questions!
A wonderful atmospheric hotel with its own history within walking distance from the main attraction — Registan Square. Good-natured staff, large and varied breakfasts. An authentic style that excites delight! The only negative is that it is cold enough in the room, but this corrects the air conditioner and heater. There were almost no problems with Wi-fi in general, we managed to work remotely.
A super pleasant and good place to stay in Samarkand. Everything is within walking distance and the service and breakfast are very good and leave a pleasant memory.
A very authentic place in the heart of the old town. Excellent breakfasts, friendly staff. It's a little cold in the room, but the heating system quickly made the temperature comfortable. If anyone is looking for a place to experience the atmosphere of ancient Samarkand, then this is the most suitable place.

Jahongir has a separate respect. The hotel is very cozy, the breakfast is delicious. The staff is helpful. Registan is 200 m away. You guys are doing great. A great place
A very cozy family hotel, the atmosphere of Samarkand of the early 20th century, excellent rooms. The breakfast is very decent, the fruits are selected and everything is served quickly. Registan is 2-3 minutes away on foot.
In the center near the Registan there is a very cozy beautiful territory, excellent staff, a continental chic breakfast. But the microscopic rooms seemed bigger in the photo, the bathroom is good, Wi-Fi is flying. There is a missing socket by the bed.
If you compare it with other hotels in Samarkand, then this is a very good hotel for your money. It is cozy and spacious. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious👍
The location is very good, the staff is sincere, it feels like I came to my relatives, the breakfasts are delicious, even March is not a hindrance to local grapes and sweet melon, inside the hotel there is a courtyard with a dastarkhan, just tables and sofas, you plunge into the good past!!!
A wonderful hotel in the heart of Samarkand. The location is perfect. You came out and you're already at the sights. The atmosphere of the hotel is something with something. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. And sitting on a cot in the yard in the evening is nothing compared to anything . The bed linen is clean. The mattresses are new and comfortable. Thank you so much to all the staff for such comfort. I definitely recommend it .
In October 2022, I was with a group at this hotel. Wonderful breakfasts, very good staff, cleanliness in the rooms. Registan Square is nearby. I plan to visit Samarkand again, of course I will live in Jahongir.
I recommend it to everyone.
A wonderful room in the national style. There are all towels. Hair dryer. Shampoo and soap. The breakfast is delicious, everything is fresh. The courtyard at the hotel is green, Registan Square is within walking distance.
A beautiful, cozy hotel, built on the principle of an atrium, with a cozy courtyard where you can wait out the heat and discuss the past day or future plans. A delicious and varied buffet, European rooms and friendly staff.
It looked better in the photo. In fact, low ceilings, small rooms and wooden windows. There's not much to eat for breakfast. One of the advantages is the location close to the center
Everything is new. The staff is polite. The food is normal. The location is 200 m from Registan Square. The bed is good. The only negative is the WiFi, it didn't work in our room.
A new hotel, we had a completely fresh room, everything was neat and clean. Breakfast from 8 to 10, buffet. If you call a taxi, it does not come close to the place, you need to walk a little - ask the taxi driver, he will help with the bags if anything.
A wonderful place! It is very welcoming and hospitable here!!!
Many thanks to the managers of the hotel, which is more correctly called home!!!!
Now I really want to return in the spring and see firsthand the interior of the wonderful garden, which lurks in its very heart with its aromas and oriental atmosphere!!!!
An atmospheric hotel in an ethnic style, beautiful rooms, cozy vineyards, places for gatherings and relaxation, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, salad, fruits were for breakfast. I recommend
