This is the third time I have used the services of this company. I chose according to the best ratings and reviews, and I was not mistaken. Everything is at a high level of service. On our first visit, the sales consultant "fussed" with us for about half an hour, while never showing any dissatisfaction with customers who were unsure of their preferences. I ordered blinds (roller blinds). It was made quickly. All sizes fit clearly. BUT, but there is a BUT...!!!! Which the manufacturer did not warn about. After installing the blinds on the window, a small unpleasant moment surfaced! The bar that pulls the curtain (aluminum plumb line) down has a width of 10mm according to the standard, and the distance from the glass to the guide is 0.9mm according to the factory. And it turns out that the guides press the bar against the glass and the curtain itself does not go down until you put your hands down. The moment is very unpleasant! I arrived at the office, they spread their hands... And they said they couldn't help: try to increase the thickness of the adhesive tape on the guides... It should help... Like it's because of the 3-chamber glass, there are no problems with 2-chamber ones. 113p for 2 blinds for one window and I still have to solve the problem myself.... I will not order blinds from this company anymore, thank you!
