It does not pull at 5 stars at all. The rooms have broken plumbing, an ill-thought-out shower, a hard mattress, everything flows from the shower, someone's cakes were lying in the mini-bar. There are no bath accessories in the shower. The common area is very dirty, the tables are not cleaned in the lounge area, we passed by and saw yesterday's dirty dishes. There is no cashless payment. A good hotel, probably one of the best in OSH. The service, of course, does not correspond to five stars - a lot of things are just new to the staff. The price is too high, of course.

The room corresponds to the level of the hotel, the breakfast is good. The room has never been cleaned in three days. In the bar, the waiters raise prices, and it seems that this is with the approval of the manager. I have never seen such an obvious, massive and brazen deception. The price in the menu is the same, they sound twice as high, justifying the old menu and at the same time I see a check for the same position, which is lower than the one voiced to me, but higher than the menu.
