It's very beautiful, we went there with fellow students with cameras (we study to be photographers at the institute), they demanded 80 thousand sums from each of us at the pass just for the fact that we have cameras with us. Saying that we were students, we forced them to give us a discount and they let us through. The park itself is very beautiful at any time of the year, you can just come there and enjoy the peace. People are calm, there is a place selling drinks and food, each pillar has almost an outlet. In general, the park is good, but the management bends the prices for staying in it, it is better for foreigners not to go there, they are deceived on the approach to the park (Or come without cameras).

The garden itself is nothing... but very small. If you want to take a walk, you will walk in 5 minutes.
It looks more like a country house: an alpine slide, a gazebo, paths…

Minus for the fact that the visit is paid, 20 thousand per person, but as always past the cash register- without a receipt. There's not much to look at, you can hang out here during the heat season (and those who are not afraid of the cold, even in winter). You can spread out mats to read or chat, in general, for a picnic without eating food - just right. But our people are not ice, so the scattered garbage is certainly present. It's time to start fining for scattering chocolate wrappers and cans/bottles of drinks.
For peace and "being alone with yourself" is also a great place. Nature disposes. In general, you can visit. The place is beautiful. The area of the park is not small. Take your food with you, you didn't notice any stalls or booths inside the park.
