A nice, cozy hotel in the center of Sousa.Not far from.the airport.good food, varied, everyone will find something for themselves. Beautiful sea, shallow.the sand.beautiful territory, lots of greenery. Great SPA treatments, massages.the room is clean, everything you need is there.the staff is trying to do everything for a quality vacation..I recommend.I love Tunisia.I've been there 8 times.I always drive with a positive attitude and I don't take pictures of dust under the bed or cracks.In Tunisia, I breathe easier and there are no pressure surges, although I am already under 80 years old and I feel good there. The climate is mild, great, the sea is gorgeous.

We had a rest in June 2023. I liked the hotel as a whole. The location is good, 1.5 km from the historical center of Sousse. Monastir Airport is 1 hour away. The territory is well maintained, two swimming pools, one of them for children. Beach towels are available, a deposit of 30 dinars. Currency exchange is available directly at the reception. The exchange in the opposite direction at a reduced rate ...
the beach is frankly excellent! It is 300 meters from the hotel, 1st line. Soft, fine light sand.
Algae, garbage are removed daily, and even a tractor is attracted.
Periodically, police officers drive by on an ATV. There is a bar on the beach with beer, water, etc. There are a lot of sun loungers, there is enough for everyone.
Sea: so-so, because of the sand, the water is opaque, but warm. The entrance is very shallow, at a depth of over 1.5 meters there are jellyfish (large purple ones, burns are not critical, after three hours the painful sensations disappear). After 20/06, the jellyfish fortunately disappeared! Snorkelers definitely shouldn't come here. But there is plenty of space for children on the beach!!!
The rooms are decent, the floor is tiled. The central air conditioner was working, but we didn't use it... Mosquitoes are present if the balcony is left open overnight.
They are cleaned daily, on the 4th. Supplies and water were replenished without reminders.
The restaurant is good!
The variety of dishes is impressive, every day there are dishes from the chef: veal, lamb, seafood. Italian cuisine is widely represented (pizzas, pastas), there are dishes of national cuisine. The officers are trying, but not all of them. They especially try after a reward of 2-3 dinars.
In the evening there is animation for adults, for children the animation starts in the morning!
In general, the rest was a success, the daily wind from the sea helped, it was not hot.
I definitely recommend the hotel

Nice hotel, rested twice. The beach is clean, cleaned well, there are enough sunbeds. The staff of all services is friendly, always with a smile. The food in the restaurant is varied, there is something new every day. Room cleaning is not bad.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area .a flourishing picturesque place with magnificent access to the private beach of the hotel.the shore of the great sandy beach is a smooth entrance to the sea for vacationers adults and children.there are all umbrellas.sun beds are a small buffet near the beach with all the cool drinks. Not far from the hotel there is a "bazaar with all sorts of goods and souvenirs " there are vegetables and fruits.the hotel itself has nice comfortable rooms.everything is clean, the reception is magnificent and cozy .The hotel has a sauna.they offer therapeutic massages. There are games with children in the evenings.dancing for adults.outdoor recreation anywhere in the recreation areas with upholstered sofas .the dining room is completely open for viewing without windows and plastic windows.buffet''everything is included."Who has not been in this hotel, come boldly and you will not regret it."

Nice hotel. There are several pools on site. The pools are all very decent. The territory is beautiful. It is cozy both in the room and on the territory. The access to the sea is very close. The beach is nice. The sand is white, fine, and crunches underfoot. The sea is very warm, you just don't want to get out of the water.
On food: there is a lot of food, but who knows how. It's a specific cuisine, but they try. I liked the rest. I recommend this hotel.

In general, it's very good, if you don't find fault too much. A pretty decent choice of food for olinclusive. The room stock needs some renovation, but in general it is possible to live. The rooms are cleaned rather carelessly, apparently the locals have their own concept of cleanliness. There are options with garden and sea views (extra charge). Sea view in the attached photos. The hotel has a nice beach, you can also spend time by the pool. It takes about an hour to get to the airport.

The hotel is just great. Beautiful, cozy, the staff is very friendly, the animators are very cool-they know how to keep both children and adults busy. The evening program is very interesting. The food is very tasty and varied. Everything is clean on the beach and the sea is transparent. There are algae in some places, but this is not a problem. And in General... What is the mood to go on vacation?.. If you are always unhappy with everything, then flaws will quickly be found. Everything is never perfect. And if you fly on vacation with a great mood, then believe me, the rest will be super. I will definitely return to Tunisia and this particular hotel.

The hotel is pleasant, calm, the beach is ordinary, the staff is a little tired (end of the season), but the waiters are circling from morning to night. The chef tries to diversify the food, lamb, beef, seafood are always on the menu. The choice of alcohol is wide. Almost everyone speaks Russian. Live music during dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. Animation for 3. Room cleaning is normal, very helpful maids. There are small disadvantages in the rooms, but not critical. The hotel is really 4*.

Food: without a doubt 5 out of 5, a huge number of dishes for every taste (European cuisine, local cuisine, vegetarian, + vegetables, fruits, berries, burgers, pizza). For breakfast, in addition to all the main things (omelets, sausages, potatoes, salads, vegetables, fruits, cereals, pancakes, cheeses, sausages, donuts, etc.), there are freshly squeezed juices + brewed tea/ coffee.

Nice hotel. Well-maintained territory. A cool and clean beach. The rooms are clean and the mattresses are comfortable. The views from the rooms are pleasant and on the garden and of course on the sea. The staff is unobtrusive, responsive and simply pleasant from the receptionist to the cleaner. A family-run hotel. But you can do it alone. The attitude towards Russians, as everywhere else, is good only for tips. When the hotel is full, there is not enough food, no sun beds by the pool and on the beach. Strong alcohol, in my opinion, is diluted. I can only perfectly mention the work of the receptionists and some waiters in the restaurant and bar. The quality of the food is not bad, but it suffered at the beginning of the season. The rooms are good. They clean in different ways, then good, then bad. In general, the hotel left a twofold impression. I liked it and not so much. But as they say, it can be worse and better. But I would come to this hotel again if some shortcomings in the hotel's service were eliminated.

The hotel is boring, there is no animation. The music is boring. The rooms are not cleaned, the linen has never been changed during the 11 days of arrival. There are huge cockroaches in the room. Only the food and the sea are excellent! The seashore is not cleaned of algae. In June, they just started to do partial repairs, they painted- the smell. They were cutting shrubs.... Pools are not cleaned.
