A small hotel in the city 1; 2 floors of the room, in the basement and a conference room, we lived in room 310 on the 2nd floor for two days, the beds are normal, the mattress is good, breakfast is included, very tasty, this is all of the pros, cons: the TV does not work, they asked to fix it- they did not do it, in the room it's cold at night, they asked for a heater on the first night, they ignored it, when they re-applied, they only brought it, they ordered dinner in advance, they didn't cook it, and they informed us about it upon check-in, they booked a sauna, but we were deceived that there was no water, and in our time they launched other guests who apparently liked the uncle manager, this the situation left a very bad impression of the hotel, and the same women confirmed during breakfast the next day that they were provided with a sauna without problems at our booked time! for two days, they gave 2 pcs of one-time soaps to the room and that's it, one-time shampoos, gels, brushes, slippers are not provided, the pressure of hot water is sometimes weak, Wi-Fi is normal
