The room was dirty and cold, the heating was not working and the window to the street was not closed. The administrator refused to help. Excellent staff. It's a beautiful hotel. Astana is windy and cold, and because of the high ceilings, I had to ask for a heater. When booking, the standard room includes both slippers and a bathrobe, but in fact they said no. It's a pity that everything was included in 2021. The breakfast is poor but homemade.
