A terrible hotel, I do not advise anyone, we rested for almost 2 days in Kazakhstan, stayed at this hotel after reading reviews that are 8.7 out of 10 for a minute! Who, who are all these people who gave this hotel high marks?! We have something to compare it with, the rooms are dirty, cold, there are heaters, but they are either broken or melted, there are bathrobes, but they are torn, the kettle is burning in the room, there is no outlet at table level, respectively, you put it on the floor, there are not even light bulbs in the floor lamps! The renovation is 15 years old, the wallpaper is peeling off, the carpet is coming off, the rooms are being cleaned. In general, this is a horror, I do not recommend this hotel at all! The price includes breakfast, but it would be better to eat somewhere outside this institution, they give it as if they were stolen, everything is not tasty, cold, mold in a jam jar, in general, outright bullshit for our money.

Disgusting hotel, stayed only for 1 night. The rooms are dirty, the sockets are pulled out of the walls, the previous guests apparently broke a glass, so my daughter found the glass on the floor, the cleaning is terrible. Who evaluates and assigns stars? This one should be closed altogether. I booked through Booking, there are so many positive reviews, probably true reviews are deleted. Breakfast is a separate topic, the restaurant opens at 8.00, we arrived at 8.20, there is nothing left, no omelette, no bread, remnants of former luxury from vegetables.

In terms of service, it's just a terrible place, we arrived in advance and explained the information on the numbers that are needed for guests, recorded it, but still did it wrong, I agreed in advance about early check-in, the girl at the reception misunderstood and as a result I had to wait at 2 a.m. for the room for about 40 minutes, pay 50% ( what she did not warn in the booking) and the room was without a shower.
Why not 1, the room wasn't too bad, the next day I was moved to a room with a normal shower.

The room had stained bed linen and sheets with holes, the bed was larger than the mattress, the headboard was generally just attached separately.
