This is our first time here, the rooms are nice, clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful.A large number of procedures. And then there's the pool, which is great!
We were in this sanatorium by a company (two rooms) at the end of August 2023. You can't look at the hotel from the street without tears, the only thing that looks presentable is the entrance. The interior decoration is much more decent, the repair was probably not so long ago. The room turned out to be very spacious with a refrigerator and a large-screen TV, there was also an ironing board (iron/board), a kettle, which of course pleased me.
The interior is calm, in addition to a double bed with two mattresses, there was a sofa.
But! The windows overlook the building under construction, and the rooms opposite face the road. In order not to have heavy traffic. There was an unpleasant moment when KAMAZ arrived in the courtyard, that is, from the side of the building under construction, on the morning of the weekend, it was unloading with a bang, not to mention that it stank in the room just a nightmare.
It is located quite close to the gallery with mineral water.
The cost of accommodation included three meals a day and treatment. I'll clarify just in case about the treatment - by and large it's a glass of oxygen cocktail, walking on stones, lying in a bath with mineral water, electrophoresis and compresses with peat. Massages and some other treatments, for example, are available for a fee.
By the way, the chiropractor Arut is an excellent master of his craft. I am very grateful to him.
The food is poor and does not shine with any variety. If you are not omnivorous, it is better to choose more decent hotels, of which there are at least two in Jermuk.
For example, one day stuffed peppers with spices and hot pepper, cabbage rolls and some strange meat were served for lunch. The next day, diced chicken breast, rubber, and some kind of meat. A couple of salads (for example, vinaigrette and olivier with chicken). There was nothing of fruit, there was a slicing of watermelon and melon. Desserts include sponge cake and shortbread cookies.
Dietary nutrition can not be called. The spoon was practically standing in the chicken soup with vermicelli.
Breakfast: two types of porridge in the morning, always: oatmeal porridge on water and semolina, cottage cheese (dry), scrambled eggs, sausages. All. It was at the end of August (maybe it was different in another period). The dinner was also not very diverse. In front of us, people swore that they were not paying for such food, where you need to try to find something edible for yourself.
Unfortunately, water was not brought to the room, although before that there were no problems with this in two hotels on the same trip.
What I also didn't like, to put it mildly, is that the SANATORIUM has smoking areas on the floor!!!! The entire corridor of the 2nd floor was smoked!
A big plus of the hotel is also the swimming pool, which is open almost until night. There are few people, the water is very comfortable temperature, warm, but the walls have fallen off the paint, which made a depressing impression. They probably don't clean it very often.
The staff, especially the treatment department, is very friendly and hospitable, and I am very grateful to them.
Everyone decides for himself what he needs for a comfortable stay. Personally, we felt sorry for the very considerable money spent on this pseudo4ka.
Unfortunately, the price / quality in this sanatorium does not match.
