Tell me right away how much it costs to get home and that's it. The heads of this logistics company pay attention to this situation.

At the beginning, I tell the client one amount, which he confirms and agrees to, but as soon as a representative of the named company picks up the order (cargo) from the sender, the price immediately changes upward. Firstly, there is a payment for the so-called air in the form of a pseudo guarantee (the company is already responsible for the cargo) and secondly, shipping documents without which transportation is actually not possible (since without their availability, it is contraband) are subject to additional payment. As a result, when the client does not agree with the invoice, he is told that the legal entity. The department will consider your application for 30 days in accordance with the legislation (15 days) in the meantime, the parcel will be in their warehouse, for the storage of which you will pay every day.
