I recommend it! Cool residential complex with developed infrastructure. A very poorly appreciated LCD.There are 3 schools nearby, and a bus stop is a minute's walk from the residential complex. The metro station is about 15 minutes on foot. The area is drafty, the air is clean. To the center and to the green bazaar, 10 minutes by car. It is very convenient to get to the center by car.

I've been living here for 3 months, what can I say... in general, it's not bad, starting with the location and ending with the quality of the LCD, BUT ! The enclosed courtyard promised when buying the apartment is not a fig closed ! And they're not going to close it, it's very bad, like a walk-through yard.

The sales department is not bad, polite sellers, they advise well, they can take you to the construction site and show you a good place - it bribed. But for some reason there are a lot of residents in the chat who are dissatisfied with the fact that the yard is open and on other issues. I hope that when the construction is over, everything will be resolved and my one-room apartment will be put into operation normally. Maybe I'll come here and write my angry comment, but I still hope for the best, good luck to everyone :)))
