This is not the first time I have come across such an unpleasant moment as a FRIVOLOUS ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS! It is when ordering online, by pre-call and upon delivery. Today we ordered pickup by phone, arrived and there the dude is sleeping! What's the point of your phone then????

An irresponsible guy is on the phone, and an hour later they started preparing an order. in total, I waited 2 hours for my order. I arrived very cold and with stale vegetables. I am very unhappy with this eatery

My husband and I ordered a doner, but when ordering, they corrected us for shawarma. Then they gave us a baguette in bread, they supposedly call it shawarma. They didn't warn us about it!
