We were at the hotel from 16.09 to26.09. We liked the hotel, it was a little "tired".but the hotel rooms are very good.
We cleaned every day, changed towels, laid out shampoo, gel, soap. The food is not abundant, but it is quite varied and delicious. Very nice beach: fine sand, gentle transparent sea. Walk to it for 3 minutes. There are enough sun beds for everyone. The hotel staff is helpful and kind. True, they do not know the Russian language, but no one has canceled the sign language. But Maria works at the reception, who is excellent at Russian. Thanks to her, we were helped. My husband had a problem with his teeth. The prosthesis broke. It was a disaster. The man couldn't eat. At least leave. We turned to Maria. She helped us a lot. She brought a business card to the local dentist, called a taxi, explained how to get there. The problem was solved very quickly.
Thank her very much.
In general, the rest was a success.I want to go back there again.
Everything is very good in the description, but.... The hotel has been in need of a global renovation for a long time! 4* clearly not about him🤷 The food is hearty, but extremely monotonous. Cleaning of the territory, the beach and the rooms leaves much to be desired. The staff is waiting for tips, but at the same time they don't even try to do something. The sea is clean, the sand on the beach is white, the sun is hot and bright - well, you can only spoil it by trying hard🤣🤷 If you also clean the beach regularly, it will be just wonderful!!
I liked the hotel.I had a very modern room with good furniture and finishes, but vacationers told me that there are rooms with carpet, it's not very good. A spacious room with a balcony, a large comfortable bathroom with good plumbing. The territory with a swimming pool and recreation areas is not large but well maintained. The hotel has its own beach very close and convenient. There are always drinks on the beach.
I didn 't like the food . the attitude towards vacationers is also terrible, they are often rude. The hotel is for people of retirement age as there is no animation , chickens live nearby that scream at 7 am 🫤
Comparatively not bad. The room is spacious, has a balcony, a large bathroom. The hotel is close to the beach, the beach is really small and not neat. The hotel staff is friendly and friendly, but at the same time there is a feeling of being tortured by the staff. Everywhere the eye falls ... curtains, bar counter, sunbed, sofa, table, chair, shower, sauna ... etc... well, that's it... It looks very busy... It's worn out, and some things are so obscene. There are zero animations. Power is a separate moment... you will not stay hungry, but there is not enough for everyone. If you're late, you'll be left with a nose. Alcohol is given out greedily and not everywhere ... for some reason not on the beach... in the same *** star El Muradi Selima club, the food is much better.
In general, the rest is not excellent ...
But I praise the staff
I stayed at the hotel in April, the rooms are spacious, cool! Cleaning every day, towels were changed once. I liked the food, they often gave strawberries for dinner, but you don't pour the drinks yourself, but they bring them to you. What you need to pay attention to: when checking in, ask for rooms not with a sea view. The hotel is suing a local resident who has either a cottage or a house between the hotel and the sea and he keeps roosters. These cocks are screaming all night and it's annoying. Secondly, WiFi is not in the rooms, but at the reception and thirdly, in the evening all the entertainment is a bar, but maybe it's not the season yet. And so there is a Russian-speaking staff, they will tell you everything, they will show you everything. Overall, the impression of the hotel is positive! I RECOMMEND IT!!!
A wonderful hotel we had a rest at the end of September and the beginning of October, the sea is great, the food is also good, the alcohol is not very good, the room was cool, in short everything is fine, shops and rest in the port are also 5
Close to the sea plus two swimming pools. The rooms are bright and spacious! But the food was poor, monotonous, there was no fruit, except apples and pomegranate with polytonic syrup. No crabs, shrimps, or anything else. There are no refrigerators and kettles. Alcohol : normal beer, young wine, carbonated, tasteless.
Not a single entertainment, except for the disco type in the evenings. And a pair of shabby table tennis rackets. We were bored, went to play billiards at a nearby hotel and went on excursions on our own. The beach at the hotel is good.
Terrible hotel. 1---- My family and I were in May 2019, there is no worse place. A boarding house for Germans. The discussion, the kitchen is just terrible. with the All-inclusive system, there was nothing to feed the children, we ordered separately for an additional fee, to get water or beer we had to find a glass (they don't even wash them:() we went to complain, we were just told to buy disposable ones. In the lobby of the 4+ hotel, all the furniture is equal, dirty. There is no animation in the afternoon and evening. The baby swings are all broken, the sun beds are broken. We really regretted that we went to this hotel. Now we won't even go to another hotel in Tunisia. In a word, a dumpster
The hotel is old, the furniture is broken. Its own beach, two pools, one indoor. The spa is in terrible condition, the massage is super. The food is monotonous without frills, but you will not stay hungry meat, poultry and fish are present in the diet. The entrance to the sea is super.

For a beach holiday 5+++++ ! Hammam, swimming pools, currency exchange, safe deposit box are all there! There are Russian-speaking guides, the staff is polite! A couple of dinars were left for cleaning the room with fragrance! There are sun loungers and fungi on the beach and by the pool. The hotel is in the city, we went to supermarkets on foot. Medina market 10-15 minutes by taxi 5 dinars. There are plenty of excursions! Next to the awesome Next Cafe I highly recommend, great tea, Turkish coffee!!!

Large territory, good food, cool sea and white sand, it is safe both on the beach and in the hotel to leave things.
The hotel is for those who do not particularly care where to live. The rooms are so-so, for 4 days they have never cleaned the room, they are fed only so that people do not starve (the food is monotonous, for dinner and lunch what they did not eat at breakfast, wet wipes were found in cornflakes), the pool is closed at 6 pm, open at 8. No animation. There is no special variety of drinks. Drinking water: 1 liter bottle per room per day. It will go as a place where you can just spend the night. Of the advantages: near the sea (the hotel is on the 1st line). It doesn't pull at 4 * at all, a maximum of 2 *. Gloomy reception, a 3* hotel nearby is much better.
The boarding school was full, there were very few young people.
The animation is disgusting during the day, in the evening it is more than a little
The hotel itself is generally not bad, I liked the pool, the passage to the beach and the beach itself is also good!
The reception area is boring and dark, it is not particularly pleasant to sit in the evening
Food is generally a horror, as a man who loves meat, I was very hungry! Fruits were in a wide variety of APPLES!!!!))))

We were in September 2018. For 10 days, the bed linen was not changed, the beds were not even made. The food is terrible, there is nothing to eat, a lot of tourists have gone. We ate in a cafe or went to the store
We fed each other at 3 and 4, it makes no sense to overpay. From Cape turkey bones, a fish the size of a capelin and very bony. We were shocked, we arrived at 4 to get there....
Excellent economy class hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms. I am very happy with my vacation. Thanks

Alcohol is slightly diluted.
There are a lot of spices in the food.
You can swim in the pool and in the sea only until 7 pm.
The pool is dirty at the end of the day, cleaned every day in the evening.
Many of the countries of the former USSR and Yugoslavia come to the hotel.
We enjoyed our vacation with a friend in 2016. I advise a friend from Veliky Novgorod, and we are from St. Petersburg. This year I was at the Safira Palms Hotel- for a 3-grade.
