We bought a salmon carcass today, we said that half for steaks and half for salting. As a result, we got fish, completely cut into steaks. Although fishmonger didn't have many customers waiting. We'll have to come up with something with salting ... 2. Mathieu's favorite herring has gone bad. Previously, it was tender, unsalted, excellent. And today the purchase did not come true - it was very salty and a trip to an ordinary herring from an ordinary store. Even the frozen analogue from the Belarusian manufacturer is much tastier.
