Vacationed with my sister at Joker Side Hill in August) A wonderful hotel, the sea is a 5-minute walk away, a clean swimming pool, delicious food (everyone will find something to their liking), a variety of drinks at the bar (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Special thanks to the animation team! Thanks to them, our vacation was active, fun, filled with emotions and laughter! ️I was especially struck by the fact that the evening program and the children's disco EVERY DAY! I've never seen this anywhere!
Because of all this abundance, we didn't even want to go on excursions! So I recommend it to everyone for family holidays, for young people, and even if you come alone, you definitely won't get bored

We were at the hotel in August 2022. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!! If you don't want to ruin your vacation. I'll start with the fact that the reception is very small, but there would be nothing, WiFi only works there, and if there are a lot of people, not everyone has enough space, I had to stand. The rooms are just terrible, with mold on the walls, which were cleaned for the sake of appearance, without changing the bed linen, the stairs that had to be climbed to the "room" were not washed or cleaned at all (I attach a photo) there are safes in the "rooms", but they are not working, so all valuable things had to be carried with you since they were warned by other tourists that they should not leave anything valuable in the "rooms". For this reason, we went on vacation with bags, backpacks, even took food with us when we went out, food is generally a separate story, poorly exhausted dishes, monotonous food, unripe fruits, only there are no big complaints about breakfast, queues for lunch and dinner in which you had to stand for at least 20-30 minutes. We didn't go to the pool because I haven't seen it cleaned in a week, so we went to the beach that Joker shares with another hotel, so there are a lot of people in the sea, compared to other hotels, you can wash your feet from the sand only on the beach at another hotel, but they are kicked out seeing, That YOU're from the Joker Hotel.
If you don't want to ruin your vacation, I don't recommend going to this hotel!
